Summary: Man, I feel like a - - -
Review: I sure thought they would pull out all the stops on this one, best sound, image etc. So much for the sound part. Still a pretty good disk though.

Summary: Best DVD Concert I have seen!! FANTASTIC
Review: This was by far the best "live" concerts I have seen on DVD. It definately made me want to go to her concert should she visit my town....full of favorite songs, and all sung wonderfully! Lots of crowd participation, and personal moments shared. A definate MUST SEE DVD. Gave you a real feeling of being there. If you like Shania Twain you will LOVE this DVD, you can't help singing along and tapping those toes!

Summary: SOUND stinks big time!!!!!!!!
Review: I am big Shania fan but my DVD is going back to the store... I would rather listen to a cd and browse through pictures of Shania than even trying to live with this sound. Tried every possible audio mode and permutation but no joy. Sorry but this is not what DVD is about. HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT.

Summary: Shania's Great!!!... Audio Disappointing
Review: This was one of the most entertaining concerts I've seen to date on DVD. Shania Twain knows how to entertain and for that she gets 5 stars but the audio gets a 2. Too bad someone chose NOT to record this in 5.1 or DTS. The Digital 2.0 audio recording just doesn't do Shania justice. I could not buy this DVD simply because of the audio and that it a shame.

Summary: GREAT TALENT AND UNBRIDLED ENERGY!!!
Review: I bought this video as a gift for my younger sister - and the entire family (3 generations) ended up loving it. Shania is truely an amazing talent and also possesses a great charisma, stage presence, and enthusiasm that is contageous. Her performances come across with clear and genuine sincerity (she also has a super talented top-notch band backing her up). If you're feeling a bit down, just put this tape into your VCR and soon you'll be dancing and howling.

Summary: MIXED REVIEW
Review: IT IS A GOOD CONCERT OVERALL. THE VIDEO QUALITY IS GOOD. THE SOUND QUALITY IS VERY WEAK. NEEDS TO BE MIXED WITH 5.1 CHANNELS OR DTS.

Summary: the best Shania yet.
Review: If you like Shania you will love this DVD. I have watched the VHS version 20+ times and it sounds great but the picture on the DVD makes it even better. You can listen without the picture or watch her without the sound. Either way you should get this DVD.

Summary: Shania is great! Fantastic DVD!! Highly recommend!
Review: I'm a great Shania fan and this concert was great! Shania is absolutely fantastic in concert. Unfortunately I've never been to any of her concerts but watching her live really, really makes me want to go next time she's in town. She and her band play with great energy and enthusiasm and they look like they're having mega fun. I had some concerns about the audio from previous reviews but for me the sound was just great!

Summary: Make adjustments for best audio playback
Review: I will have to agree with other reviews that on the first viewing the audio on this dvd was extremely disappointing, I don't have any serious gripes about the video, it looks good but not great compared to my other music videos. As far as the audio goes I felt something wasn't right, Shania's vocals were too live sounding with way too much echo/reverb, this drowned out, sometimes completely, the instruments in the band. With some experimenting I found it was only recorded in two channel stereo and trying to play it back in 5.1 digital mode made it sound horrible. The problem is though, is that it will automatically play in 5.1 digital mode because there isn't any audio set up mode on the dvd to change it. For example, the Eagle's DVD has a PCM stereo setting for those who don't have a DTS decoder. I think most people will experience this horrible sound if there system is set up to play in 5.1 mode. I had to go directly to my Sony DVD menu to make the change. After bringing up my menu I went to Audio. By highlighting Audio it gave me two audio settings for this DVD-2.1 digital and PCM stereo. I found that the 2.1 digital setting didn't help the sound at all but the PCM stereo setting completely changed the sound improving it immensely. I then had to change my receiver to 2 channel DVD mode instead of 5.1. Hearing the obvious improvement I had to watch it again. I can't tell you how much more I enjoyed the second viewing it completely changed my initial perception. It is too bad it wasn't recorded in a 6 channel format because it could have been better but even with 2 channels it has now surged to the top of my favorites list. Her onstage performance and energy is unmatched and she obviously goes easy on the eyes.
