Rating: Summary: best "live" audio i have ever heard Review: this is a fantastic performance by the alkaline trio. although the video leaves something to be desired, the audio (which is all that really matters) is pristeen. granted, it has been totally mastered down to sound fantasic, and it does. you can hardly hear the crowd and at times almost sounds like the lead vocals are overdubbed (just try and hear the back-ups)all i could think about was how much better they sounded here than the last three times i have seen them. so if you like this group, pick this up asap. they play stuff from every album except good mourning ("tuck me in", "crawl" and "queen of pain" kick bum) note* if you really like the live sound (squeeks, feedback, cheering, out of tune..etc) dont get this dvd.. it is two steps away from being a studio recording, but in my opinion..it is very, very good. also includes alternate angles and other extras...
Rating: Summary: This show must be bought! Review: This was an awesome dvd to get. They put on a great show for the people of Chicago and I'm glad they put it on a dvd. It's good quality and almost like seeing them live. It is definetly worth the money it costs and I dont think it could disappoint any true Alkaine Trio fan.
