Review: Although the context of the video gets an overall "9"...the audio was awful. I had to experiment with different soundfields on my receiver to get the "in person" concert feel in my living room. How in the world can anyone listen to a live version of GOLDFINGER and DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER in mono??

Review: Camp! Camp! CAMP! And I recommend it to all Shirley Bassey fans in seek of CAMP! You won't be disappointed. The "behind the scenes" feature is also great except that the bit on the dinner conversations went a little too long. But the concert....and the voice!...exceptional. The girl still got it. She knows it, and she flaunts it!!

Review: I recently discovered Shirley Bassey while watching the movie "There's Something About Mary" and also watching that snazzy Jacquar commercial in which she sings the "Revolution" with the Propellerheads. I am always on the look-out for a great and emotive vocalist and Dame Shirley fits the bill. "Divas Are Forever" is a very rare look into Shirley Bassey's jet-setting lifestyle. The profile on her behind the scenes concert preparation and glimpse into her personal life is enchanting. She opens up and answers personal questions. An interesting look into a vivacious woman's life and career.

Summary: what a set of lungs this lady has!
Review: Magnificent voice! Excellent choice of songs. Good picture quality and sound. Definately something any lover of one of the best singers around should own.
She is so flamboyant and showy so why didn't she change outfits or something? Stage was pretty small and average looking so she should have dressed up a bit more (not that she had to do a Cher and change after every second song!).
