Summary: The men who have a FANTASTIC live DVD/documentary
Review: This DVD recreates the Travis concert experience *perfectly*. Even my dad(who's 63 years old and who has seen Travis in concert )thinks so.

It's got all of the band's best songs. I like the fact that this particular concert covers all 3 of the band's album so far.(The second song in on the concert is "U16 Girls", from "Good Feeling", the band's first album. And there are plenty of songs from "The Man Who" and "The Invisible Band" to keep fans happy.I LOVE Fran Healy's between song banter(one of the best things about seeing Travis in concert).

The documentary, directed by a friend of the band's, is a lot of fun(and very quotable). It's getting to see a side of Travis that most people do not get to see unless they are close to the band.

Summary: Flawless!
Review: This live Travis DVD is absolutely FLAWLESS! Travis is truly an outstanding live band and this DVD captures everything. The audio mixing is just shy of the actual studio recording and the musicianship is brilliant. Travis dont cut corners like most bands do when they hit the stage. The climax of the DVD would have to be when the band plays "Why Does It Always Rain On Me." Fran sings about four lyrics before he stops in awe to listen to the WHOLE croud sing to the song. Everyone in the croud is singing to the song in perfect pitch. It's truly a magical moment in the performance. This would have to be the best recorded concert I have ever seen and heard! FLAWLESS production and performance!

Summary: An amazing live act, not to be underestimated.
Review: Travis are one of those rare bands that can make every tune catchy and melodic, a talent rarely seen these days. "More Than Us" is a DVD that showcases their awsome live shows, which is a treat even for those who haven't seen them live before. Personally, I have seen them live 4 times, and have never had a dull moment.

The DVD layout is simple. It contains the full concert (filmed at two summer festivals in 2001) featuring highlights from all three of their albums, a documentary filmed on the road with the band, multiple camera angles, a setlist selector (you can pick which songs you want to hear first), and a nice interactive menu. The extras are not all that exciting, but the concert itself more than makes up for it.

The highlights are the "Cast of thousands", the audience, who obviously knows every word to every song and sings in perfect harmony with Fran, Andy Dunlop's stage antics, and the entire setlist, which is filled with all their hits. Musical highlights are "Sing", "Writing to Reach You", "Turn", "The Humpty Dumpty Love Song", and "U16 Girls". This is to name a few.

This is a DVD that will make you realize what a terrific band Travis is, in case you were in doubt before. Their catchy and inspired tunes, combined with their cheery, down to earth nature mean that value for your money is guaranteed.
