Summary: Good Movie...Bad DVD.
Review: This is Korn's new DVD, Deuce. It also features their previously only VHS-released Who Then Now? video. It has all their videos, the "Make Me Bad" remix video, and behind the scenes for every just about every video. The problem:finding these features. Example:I've found the Who Then Now? video on the first day. I went searching for the music videos (which ae right by the Behind the Scenes videos), which took me 2 days. I still haven't found the self-titled Deuce video. I don't know if it's supposed to be a maze or what, but either way, it's very annoying. Just buy the VHS. Even if it dosen't have all the bonus features, it saves the frustartion.

Summary: A BIG waste of time
Review: Ok, first the interactive asylum of the DVD is very good and all the clips, video footage, backstage are very interesting. If it was'nt that we cant just let play them i would have give 5 stars. The problem is that you HAVE to navigate all the time to watch small clip here and there. You cant watch this dvd all the time because it way to long the see what you want.

Summary: Menu overload
Review: The shame of this disc is that you sit there toggling your remote for hours trying to get clips to play. The real pain is that the clips often only run to literally 1 or 2 minutes and then you have to start toggling to find some more. If there's a "play all" function then I couldn't find it and it's definitely something that's needed here, with some 50+ sections that you have to find and play one at a time.
The menu's are good looking, but they seem to be what the entire disc is all about, rather than the band and their music. Which really is a shame.
If I wanted to play a game I'd buy a game, I wouldn't buy a DVD. Sadly, given that it's so much of a pain navigating around this disc and trying to remember where everything is, I doubt I'll be watching it much, which kind of defeats the object of buying it.

Someone somewhere thinks they're clever. They're not. I honestly think I'd rather have it on vhs.

Summary: I think I'm stuck in the Asylum
Review: O.K. I appreciate artistry, but when I popped in this DVD all I wanted was to see the Korn videos. And guess what? It took me nearly an hour to find them, and I only found them because I went to some other part of the DVD and manually advanced the chapters until I found the videos. The interactive menu would be fine if there was also a "quick menu" that would just lay everything out like any normal DVD. In sum, the content is great if you can suffer the navigation.

Summary: Korn: Deuce...................
Review: If your a fan of korn you have to buy this dvd. The menus in it alone are worth the money. Morphing menus. The dvd is almost like a game where you go around an insane aslyum and come across a few things along the way that made me jump out of my seat. Tons of videos...outakes...concert footage...backstage...i could go on and on...you ask for it you got it...a dvd that you could play with for hours and still not see everything...a must have...

Summary: MENUS, MENUS, MENUS!!
Review: If you want to pop a DVD in and watch all the Korn videos and some cool rare stuff.....THIS IS NOT THAT DVD.What you get is a "puzzle" dvd that lets you have the "joy" of spending (aka wasting) tons of time trying to find the good stuff though countless interactive menus. You can't pop it in and play. That is out of the question.I like Korn...but hate this DVD.

Summary: Who then Now? 2.
Review: This DVD has it all. It's got the original who then now, and their new DVD deuce. It's also got about 20 or 30 short video clips mostly about 30 seconds - 1 minute, but there are some longer ones. I would recommend this to die hard fans. If you own Who THen Now? and really like it, pick this up. This DVD is more serious though, it explains alot about the band, although there are some parts where they just goof off like in who then now? and it's good to know that such a big band can still be a bunch of goofs when their not on stage.

Summary: Somewhat diappointing...
Review: First off, I would like to mention that I am the proud owner of "who then now?". I guess it is my own fault for expecting "Deuce" to live up to it's predecessor. The fact that this dvd actually has "who then now?" on it is somewhat of a saving grace. Let me go ahead and break things down for you a bit.

Positives: Interesting band info. There is a myriad of cool little Korn tidbits that give you a little bit better insight into just who Korn is. Also, This dvd has a very unique format...not original(Tool fans may notice the similarities between Deuce and Salival). I think the highlight of this dvd, though, is definitely the behind the scenes video footage which is complimented by remixes of several familiar Korn songs.

Negatives: Though I mentioned that the dvd has a very unique format, it is also very confusing and annoying to navigate. It would have been much better if they would have allowed for a simple "play" option that ran through all of the material. Next, one of the most disappointing aspects of "Deuce" would definitely have to be that while the "behind the scenes" footage is definitely cool, the dvd box plainly states that rather than "behind the scenes" there is supposed to be actual videos(like the ones "who then now?" showcased).

While "Deuce" has its downside and flaws, I would recommend it to any Korn fan who doesn't already own "Who then now?" or anybody who is looking to spend [money] aimlessly.

Summary: Love the 5.1 MIX!!!
Review: Id have to say the 5.1 MIX, is the best..it definetly gives new depth to the songs, making them alot clear. and putting a new twist on things, the songs, sound so much better...making excelt use off the center speaker, the two front speakers, the two fron subs, and the rear speakers, never heard a better mix, of 5.1 in a music cd, I thought the MetallicA Black Album, DVD audio Kicked ass, as well as the Rage Against the MAchine DVD, thing with all there videos was awsome, and did a good job using the 5.1 channels, but, I must say, this new Korn DVD, putts the MetallicA and Rage mixes to shame..Id say I liked the way ADIDAS started out, with the riffs starting in the back speaker, then jumping to the front..I liked the use of 5.1 in Freak on a Leash..The middle part, with the Jon, weird vocal part, is awsome, it starts off in the left rear speaker, then jumps to the front right speaker, then jumps back to the back right speaker, then jumps to the front left speaker...all this sounded awsome!!! the begining off Falling Away, with the opening BAss, was mixed well..the bass only came from the subs, not all the speakers...and the guitar came from the back speakers,..so without going into every song, 5.1 MIX means 5 differnt tracks..you have one speaker for drums, usually the front or back, the bass, mostly comes from the subs, and the lead vocals come from the center front speaker, with the back ups in the rear..So in my opiniont he 5.1 MIX is my favorite part...
