Summary: INVITING and NAKED
Review: The video is a terrific way for the die-hard PJ fan, like myself, to get a personal and uninhibited look at the band as they perform the awesome songs off of YIELD -- a supersb piece of work. The video shows how the band really does work together and, unlike what most people think, it portrays EV as not the central figure of the group but truly as one of its members.

Summary: Excellent
Review: This is the Yield sessions, it is an up close view of the band and is awesome for any real Pearl Jam fan. It has interviews in between songs---I watched it about 8 times since yesterday--I just bought it and I think it was worth it and that I will wear it out!

Summary: Great for Collectors
Review: I have to agree with both of the previous reviews: i was hoping there would be a copy of the DTE video as well, and the video does seem slightly out of sync.

however: it's a great insight into the band and how they worked. my favorite songs from Yield are played, and they're different versions, which is nice, since the CD's get old after a while.

even if the video isn't in sync, i didn't buy it to read eddie's lips. and while there are no chapters, there really isn't any one part that i have to hear more than the other. just playing the audio track is pretty cool background for doing other stuff.

anyway: Single Video Theory is a great disc for those collectors with a DVD player or DVD-ROM drive. if you're just starting to like pearl jam, go for it. if you don't like this, you won't like much else.

Summary: A nice look at the evolution of the band Pearl Jam
Review: This video is a great look at the band and how they have advanced to become one of the greatest rock bands of their era. It has good interviews and even better sound clips of the yeild sessions. I would say this is a must buy for any REAL pear jam fan

PEARL JAM IS THE GREATEST BAND EVER

Summary: A very entertaining and well thought out video
Review: The Video "Single Video Theory" shows the flare and charisma of Pearl Jam and especially their entertaining leader Ed Vedder. Throughout the video there are special interviews with all the band members. In these interviews the very essence of the new Pearl Jam is shown. This is a must see for all Pearl Jam fans and others who want to see this powerful band.

Summary: A must-have for the hard-core fan
Review: The video was shorter than what I wanted, but overall I rare chance to get a visual of the band, and I would recomend it to everyone.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: A nice look at the band during the making of Yield
Review: The video was good, but only because its the first home video done by Pearl Jam. It would have been better had it not been filmed entirely in the recording studio. I was hoping it would be more of a career retrospective, or take a more vivid look into some of their other work. It at least could have been filmed in different places.
