Summary: Ok , until she starts bad mouthing America
Review: The video quality is fine. The sound quality is not as good as Globe due to the lack of a DTS track. It really is a shame she ruined a concert by bad mouthing The United States.

Summary: Hot Hot Hot
Review: This DVD sounds great and has loads of energy! Sheryl Crow looks hotter than ever, especially when she closes the show singing Led Zep's "Rock'n'Roll" while wearing leather pants. I recently purchased Live at Budokan (import)and considered that CD to have great sound quality, but this piece blows that away.

Summary: Sheryl Live
Review: This is a great DVD for any Sheryl Crow fan. Recorded in Ohio on July 10th and 11th, this DVD contains all her hits and some songs that she hasn't performed live much. Hits like "My Favorite Mistake", "If It Makes You Happy", "Soak Up The Sun", "Steve McQueen", "A Change Would Do You Good", "There Goes The Neighborhood" and more. She also sings some more reflective songs that weren't singles but great songs nonetheless such as "Riverwide", "Weather Channel", "C'mon C'mon" and more. A good overlook of her career from her first album to her latest, and all the hits in between, it's all here.

Summary: Great live DVD
Review: This is a great dvd of a Sheryl Crow Concert. First off, the sound and video are both great no grainess or no bad audio. As for the concert, the song selection was great except for Let's Get Free, which is not a bad song but her commentary about the song before singing it was a little off. You have to give her credit for proclaiming her views even though she knew she was going to get some boos. She played a great mixture of her old and new stuff. Her old stuff she played with a new twist, which is very refreshing. The two best songs on the dvd are I Shall Believe and Safe and Sound. The Safe and Sound song is especially good because the split screen between Sheryl and the board behind her adds to the song. If you are a Sheryl fan, I do not have to say get this DVD but to those causal fans, this is a must have because of the high quality of the video and the show that Sheryl puts on is amazing.

Summary: C'Mon and Rock with Sheryl!
Review: This is my second Sheryl Crow DVD concert. Until now I thought her "Rockin' the Globe" was great, but "C'Mon America" beats that concert hands down. Sheryl is so "on" for this concert, the audience is pumped, and the production is flawless. There are two full hours of music here with 21 tracks featuring all of Sheryl's big hits plus a few new tunes. High definition cameras create incredible visuals. The only drawback is that there's no DTS audio, but the Dolby track still sounds awesome. If you're a Sheryl Crow fan, or if you just love a fantastic concert, you have GOT to pick up this one.

Summary: Spectacular Sound
Review: Video is entertaining too. If you want all of Sheryls best songs - done with an extra effort to sound like the original studio sound, you gotta have this one!I have a lot of music DVD's, this is in my top 5.

Summary: A must have for any fan, and the best place to start.
Review: Well, God and everybody should know that attending a Sheryl Crow concert is never-knowing-what-you'll-get. She can be fantastic live, and she can be quite the opposite as well - I attended her Copenhagen concert on the december European leg of her 2003 tour, and frankly, it was if not crap, then close to. Ok, awfull accoustics should have a huge amount of the blame, but certainly, Sheryl was not at her best either. But in the two nights captured on this DVD, she certainly is!

The show opens with 'Steve McQueen', never a favorite of mine, but in the recording she hits just the right balance between melodic rock and pop to start of the concert in highest gear. Imidiately following is the rocker 'There Goes The Neighborhood', not one of her songs best suited for live performance, but it works ok. Following this is the downtempo and beautiful 'Riverwide' (note: This song is the studioversion, interlaced with an interview over the instrumental solo) and another favorite 'My Favorite Mistake'. Here starts the second part of the concert, featuring a set of more or less country inspired songs - starting with wonderful versions of 'C'mon, C'mon' and 'The First Cut Is The Deepest', a beautiful and deepfeld version of 'Strong Enough' and a little surprising an intense performance of 'Redemption Day'. Following this are some of her most popular hits - a great version of 'If It Makes You Happy', a fine version of 'A Change Would Do You Good' and a beautiful version of 'Home' - in my oppinion one of her best pieces, in this arrangement it's presented in a version similar to the album version, but with more and more guitars coming on during to the song, so it grows in intensity. Another nice surprise comes with and intense performance of 'Weather Channel' - apparantly rain had been threatening all day, and the audience is very pleased with this choice.

The final part of the ordinary set is a a line of her greatest hits. Starting is a fantistic version of 'Leaving Las Vegas' - Sheryl is having a great time, playing up towards the audience half-singing a story during the mid-section of the song - Sheryl is obviously enjoying herself, and the audience love's it. Following this is another audience favorite 'All I Wanna Do' - "I Have A Feeling, There's A Party Going On" sings Sheryl, and the Audience is happily dancing along. She aptly ends the song by singing "All I Wanna Do Is Soak Up The Sun" which leads into a great version of 'Soak Up The Sun'. Ending the ordinary set is a great version of 'Everyday Is A Winding Road' in which she has changed the interlude slightly and sings "1-2-shake-your-ass!" and so she does, much to the delight of the male audience.

The concert rounds off with two encores - a good version of 'Your An Original' (strange pick in my opinion, never found that song very interesting) which is followed beautiful versions of 'Let's Get Free' and 'I Shal Believe', the second encore features 'Safe And Sound' and a cover of 'Rock And Roll' which is perhaps more surprising in it's ferocity than it is a very ideal closer for the concert, but ok, at this point it probably didn't matter, I suppose the audience was so thrilled at this point that they'd love everything, and for the good reasons.

On the more technichal side one ought to mention that the filming isn't impressive. The scene appears very dark, and even though the light on the musicians is fine, it's difficult to se much else. The editing is fairly rough, and there are no ekstra material included - only a tiny interview edited into 'Riverwide' and before the second encore - and none of the editing is impressive. Anyhow, this DVD is still a must-have, the concert is simply fantastic.

Summary: Fun For The Whole Family
Review: Wow!!! is the best word I could use to describe this purchase. I own all of her work, and I'm a huge fan. She plays everything from Tuesday Night Music Club up to her most recent hits including "First Cut is the Deepest" off her Very Best CD (originally sung by Cat Stevens).

This was by far the most excitement I ever got out of any music/concert DVD. It really has a little bit for everyone, the hard core fans, music lovers, concert lovers, Sheryl lovers, even brings something for people who want to kill some time! 2 hours of nonstop emotional rush excitement ranging from LOL to feeling sadness through her lyrics. I've seen many of her shows, this DVD brought back many memories, I think it really shows Sheryl and her Incredible band at their best, just up there Jammin and having some fun! Anyone who had a hand in this DVD did an excellent job. A must purchase for the holidays, this puppy came out just in time!!!
