Summary: Take your brain off the hook for awhile
Review: I've been a student of self hypnosis and relaxation techniques for a few years now and I wish I had this DVD when I started my exercises. Watching the computer generated random images and listening to the sometimes nature sounding, sometimes techno background music puts me into a somnolent state very effectively. Within the first few moments of each section, I didn't even notice the light flashes for the FFR portion of the DVD.
After a hard day at the office this can really unwind the kinks that you build up. I feel refreshed and ready to do or get things done instead of playing the couch potato game. I very enthusiastically recommend this DVD if you're interested in a relaxation tool to help you. This is definitely it.

Summary: A blissful meditative experience
Review: I've only had one experience with this DVD, but that was enough for me to want to buy it. Its serene colorful meditative visuals put the mind at ease after a long day of stress and is a perfect background for creative work of any kind. I congratulate the creator on a wonderful job of picking just the right amount of visual / aural activity so as to draw the mind in, but still keep it in a meditation state.

Summary: Timothy Leary Lives
Review: If your're trying to recapture the heyday of the '60s this is it. While fully capable in the realms of relaxation and mental atonement, this stuff is also really remeniscent of the psychedelia (is that a word?) of the 60's. Now I can cancel my prescription. Just pop in the dvd. Doesn't even require a computer, though I find it cool to play on my laptop too. Each program is different, and there's even a continuous play mode. It's so easy. No more light machines with all the wires and stuff. This is great. My only question is: Will there be a sequel?

Summary: Powerful & Original-A Must for All Reflective People
Review: It's difficult to put much into words about the experience of AV3X, it's really better to just experience it yourself, non-verbally. The first time I saw it, I was quickly transfixed and it genuinely brought about a meditative state... A distinct, pleasureable, change in state of mind....But I can say I immediately bought the DVD for myself as soon as I found a copy available! While it's of special interest to those who follow the cutting edge of neurology and consciousness, this is a completely original type of DVD that also works great as background at parties... Highly recommended! :)

Summary: A COLD BEER AND 20 MINS.
Review: My title says it all. I would not spend my time writing a review unless I was really impressed. This DVD does exactly what it claims. I don't care what kind of day I've had, put me in dark room with this DVD for 20 mins. and I'm a new person. Better than a Sunday afternoon nap. The total chill tool.

Review: The AV3X DVD deserves 10 stars! I could not believe how relaxed I became when I watched this DVD for the very first time - it is incredible! After a long day at work, I have found this to be the BEST way to unwind and relax...for me, it is now the ONLY way to melt all of my stress off. It makes me feel like I have been laying in a hammock, rocking slowly at the beach, lazily enjoying the sunshine and shade, for days...very, very comfortably. nothing else matters at the moment; everything is so serene. Review: This DVD is a "special gift" made by a genius! It allows anyone with a DVD player to be able to simply relax and possibly meditate without any other special technology or actual training. The fractal visuals are "mind food" allowing you to be stimulated without doing anything at all. This DVD is healing! What more can anyone say?

Summary: Push play and woosh your mellow
Review: This DVD is an amazing tool. I call it a tool because the pulsing patterns help to tune your brain and set it to a calmer state of mind. A perfect blending of sight and sound actually created a 3d like effect while I felt myself tone down and relax.
I own a lot of graphic videos but this by far is the best quality for not only visuals and sound but for overall effectiveness. I HIGHLY recommend it. It is worth more then twice the price of admission. OK now that I've said all this I think I have to go watch it again:)
