Rating: Summary: Not bad, not great, but good for added variation Review: I have been recieving instruction in Hsing-I for some time now. Though I am skeptical as to this being "Hsing-I as taugh in the Shaolin Temples", however, it is good as an add on and gives some variation to the styles often taught today in class lessons. My only real complaint is that Li demonstrates it in a way that it may seem to be a "Hard" or "External" style. Otherwise, he goes through the technique several times, lots of drills, explains alot of this particular style. So all in all not to shabby.
