Review: I own the famous book Bubishi, Martial Arts Spirit. Which is intriging but over my head in theory.This DVD clears it up for me by demonstrating and instructing to the viewer the power of pressure points, meridians, and much of the White Crane system. This is an awesome DVD.

Review: This is a very good presentation on what bubishi is all about. The material on pressure points is second to none.This is a must have for the serious martial artist.George Alexander has taken complicated priciples and made them easy to understand. This has been a great addition to my library, and I'm sure to anyone else who views it. This is a great dvd and is highly recommended.
