Review: I bought this DVD for my wife a few weeks ago. She sat down and watched it right away, although a little reluctant. She thought she could never learn self defense from a DVD, but found out that SHE COULD.

The course is very easy to understand, but more importantly, it covers many topics that don't involve fighting. There are so many tips that we both learned to keep safe, I'm ordering the Men's Course today!
