Summary: Essential document of the underground electropop scene
Review: Get this DVD and go beyond Depeche Mode and Erasure. The top notch DVD has videos from bands you might have heard rumblings about (Ganymede, NASA, Freezepop, Blow Up, Soviet) and some you probably have never heard of (the Peoples, Nukleon). And yes, they range from super 8 collages to full on MTV style story videos, and the quality goes from pretty shady to identical to what's on MTV.

I guess what I really enjoyed about this DVD was that these videos were NOT Like what is on MTV these days. They are fresh, inventive (no random dancing gals in short pants sorry to say!) and interesting to watch. If you want to see some up and coming indie pop bands check this DVD out.

Review: you'll definitely love "living on video" if you like electro underground. some videos are very innovative like the blow-up "fly with me", great story also features clifton collins, debi mazar niki harris and the bird. nice cartoons ideas for freezepop, very very cool is the "t.h.e.m" video
