Summary: A good PT session
Review: I did a short stint at Naval Officer Candidate School and this sure brought back memories. OCS is taught by Marine Corps drill instructors and I must say, the are just like they are on the DVD. PT starts out with the stretches (even though you typically do a few more at OCS), then goes to the workouts. The workouts are identical, but we tended to do a few more than are on the DVD. The circuit course is great and you DO NOT need one of your own. You can substitute dips for pushups and others, but it might be a good idea to get some dumbells. A good product... very motivational.

Summary: Here's why they are truly America's Finest!
Review: Just like I remember it, many years ago. The video is a great workout and the best point to be illustrated is that you don't need a flashy, expensive or bright colored ad-ridden gym to get into great shape. The Marine Corps has zero time to waste and zero tolerance for nonsense. They get maximum results with minimal expense; "more bang for the buck," as they say. Indoors or outdoors, all you need is a good pair of exercise shoes, maybe some handweights, a lot of heart and a never quit attitude. Spandex thong wearers need not apply. Semper Fidelis!

Summary: Semper fit
Review: The exercises are great, but 30 minutes of it involve a circuit course and running outdoors. One cannot do those exercises indoors unless they had a huge back yard with a built in circuit course.
