Review: The DVD is excellent. It shows all of the goals of the 2002 World Cup in order with multiple angles and British commentary.
There are four parts of the DVD:
1. Top Ten Goals
2. Top Ten Saves
3. Top Ten Misses
4. All the Goals
My only complaint is that the fourth section is one big chunk --for example, if you watch an hour of goals then stop the DVD, you have fast-forward to get back to that point.

Summary: Excellent
Review: This is an excellent DVD. The picture quality is very good as well as the original commentary. All the goals are shown in chronological order starting with Senegal's winner against France and ending with Ronaldo's two strikes against the Germans. Each goal is shown three times. My only criticism is that in the penalty shoot-outs, only the final winning penalty is shown. I would've preferred to see all the penalty shots.
