Review: Given that this must a relatively small production, I was surprised to see that the quality of their DVDs is so professional. I already enjoy the RussianBare VHS titles (and even own this title on VHS) but seeing it on DVD, with the high resolution image and stereo sound made it feel like I was there in Russia with the Naturists.

Summary: Nicely filmed but not informative.
Review: I would not view this as an informative documentary. Not narrated in English. Opening video has nice photage of famous Russian architecture. Overall video quality is very good. Less than a dozen nudists are seen in the video, mainly older adolescent females and middle age men. Actually somewhat boring to watch, given that you can't understand anything that is said. A few scenes have a playful quality, but most are very slow. For example, about 10 minutes are spent watching them row the boat to their destination. This is NOT a lively nudist video of families playing on the beach.

Review: The movie turns out to be kind of disappointing because it is highly censored. A skillful editor cut each scene in order to give the nudity a PG rating. I wonder if a better vesion is available.

Review: this dvd is the first quality nudist production featuring therussian teen girls on the holynature website.this was a welcomesuprise as they are almost all pretty.if you can ignore acouple of old male eyesores one of which does a ritual dance with an axe for several minutes.then this is both asthetic andanatomically interesting to watch.one part revolves about a boat trip with some swimming,and theother dancing about a fire once the midnight sun has set.the british customs are still holding the first copy i triedto import for suspect reasons.

Summary: WOW, WOW, and WOW!...
Review: This is the first product I ever rated ... that I wish I could give a FULL SIX STARS to!I have seen a lot of natualist video's, and my previous favorite of DAY OF CAMPING (available at enature.net) has been BLOWN AWAY with the RITUALS OF SUMMER NEW DVD RELEASE!The photography is absolutely outstanding. It is like you are looking at the subjects thru a window rather than a TV screen! I do not think it is possible to get sharper detail than what is shown on this DVD!The girls are all so super fine! They range in age of about 11 to 16. My favorite scenes are those when they are playing in the lake and are laughing, giggling, and acting just like girls---I just love that girlish demeanor! I also loved the scenes of them dancing to music by the camp fire. Their are lots of close-up shots of their cute smiley faces and from head to toe! Much of the time the camera is focused ON THE GIRLS! It only briefly pulls away to show some scenery. And at times briefly shows some males. But I was very much satisfied with the camera time the girls got!!!! I sure hope that [they] adds more naturalist DVDs like this one!

Summary: Similar to David Hamilton's work but Real
Review: This video is about 1 hour long of nudist girls in Russia who go on a boating trip and play around on the beach. The image is crystal clear and the cameraman really knows how to get good shots.

The nice thing is that you can tell that these are sincere Naturists who really enjoy a clothesfree lifestyle (at least in summer). Plus there are some great previews at the beginning of the DVD (in addition to hour long film -- I think it was closer to 55 minutes -- I'll take every minute I can get:)

Summary: Pretty Girls, Slow Pace
Review: Very attractive Russian teenagers are the stars of this DVD. They range from a desperately pretty lass of about 13 (who doesn't get near enough screen time) to a wonderfully curvy girl of about 16, who also doesn't get much time. Indeed, the camera operator appears to have fallen in love with one of the blondes and she gets at least triple the screen time of any other girl.

There is also a handsome young Russian man in his late teens or early twenties, and a few middle-aged men. Those Russian fellows are luckier than most American men of their generation, since they haven't suffered the mutilation of circumcision.

The Russian nudists are mostly relaxed, though the girls often seem a bit bored with posing, especially on the dreadfully long boat trip. I can't blame them.

Overall, this is a decent way to enjoy watching beautiful young women, but better editing could have chopped down that boat trip. That trip actually gets off to a somewhat disturbing start when one girl, manouvering the boat into deeper water, gets jammed in the gut by an oar. Once the boat reaches its destination, it becomes clear that the producers didn't have many good ideas for what they wanted to do. Still, the lilypad scene and the one where they're all playing in the water came across as fun. I wasn't too thrilled with the long silhouette dance to close the festivites. The running time is also quite short.
