Summary: The Wiggles in "Jeff's Dream!"
Review: So you wanted to see what the Wiggles looked like in outer space? Well, here you have it, with the plastic wax animation and the songs to boot. There aren't a lot of songs in this 40 minute presentation, but it was really an interesting story.

Jeff's asleep, and Murray, Greg, and Anthony, wonder what Jeff's dreaming about, and they posture about a few things, only to discover that Jeff's dreaming of space. So, 1...2...3... Blast Off, and there all in the spaceship with Captain Feathersword, who ends up taking them on quite the journey. They go to Planet Rock Star and they do a number with King Mondo, and it's a really fun thing to watch. Paul Paddick, who plays the Captain, also uses his face to showcase the performers who've played at the Planet, and he's such a wonderful performer anway. Then they are running out of gas, and end up on the Planet Gloom, where the Gloomies live, and it turns out alright, and with a few laughs from the Wiggles, they start laughing and smile again, and the whole planet gets its primary colors back.

This is a fun little show, and the kids should like it, although it's not your typical fare. Our family liked it, but you ought to prime them first. All the voices are in place, it's just the animation which is different.

Highly recommended!!!

Summary: A Really Wild Spaceship Ride
Review: The good news about The Wiggles Space Dancing is that I thought, it was a very magical Animated Adventure in most of the movie and it's the first time that the Wiggles and their producers would make a film which of course is mostly animated, including little bits of live action from begining to end. Best of all, I liked all the songs from this new movie, including "The Zeezap Song", "What's This Button For?", "Eagle Rock", "Dance Your Gloomies Away", and "Going Home".

Summary: Just not the same
Review: The songs are great, especially "Eagle Rock" -- but my two-year-old son, who hates puppets, is afraid of the computer animation because he thinks they are puppets. He says "I don't like puppets. Puppets are scary" and refuses to watch it.

I like it just fine, but some kids like my son might be freaked out by the animation.

Summary: A ROCK N ROLL ANIMATED ADVENTURE.
Review: This was the first movie that had the Wiggles and their friends in animation. It doesn't start out animated right away, because Jeff's asleep and Greg, Murray and Anthony wonder what he is dreaming about. When the Wiggles are finally in his dream, the're all animated and stil inside Wigglehouse.

While visiting Planet Rock in Outer Space, the Wiggles and friends are invited by King Mondo to dance and sing in his rock and roll band...singing "Eagle Rock". King Mondo is played by (Ross Wilson).

Summary: Strange, Very Strange
Review: Well, as they promised, this is a totally different Wiggles production. The Wiggles, Dorothy, Wags and Captain Feathersword find themselves inside one of Jeff's dreams, and now they're bobble-headed animated figures on a space adventure.

After accidentally hijacking a visiting space ship, they land up on a rock 'n roll planet, then a planet of tiny people, followed by a trip to a gloomy planet, and then back to earth.

There are less songs than in the other productions, but some of them are quite good. I thought "Eagle Rock" was a bit dated for the intended audience, and a few of the songs were monotonous. The dance moves weren't very innovative either.

The animation will take some getting used to, and Greg's eyebrows are big enough to hide a space ship in. Something's not quite right about Dorothy and the Captain either.

The Teeny Weenie people had lousy Irish accents, and no visible eyes - very strange. The animation on this planet wasn't as good as in the rest of the movie.

The ending of the animated part is also strange, with the visiting aliens taking some unusual guests back with them in the space ship.

I gave it bonus points for originality, and the animation is very good for the majority of the movie. It's a refreshing change after the last few Wiggles productions. The extra features also chip in for a few points, especially the "Making of.." segment and the game.

Kids should like it immensely.
