Review: Thanks Amazon for having Emmet, and getting me back into the graces of my now 20 year old daughter. I somehow taped over the hbo copy we had been watching for years -- Oh, the family crises. I also ordered a copy for her younger sister. Now we can once again enjoy the story and songs that made Emmet Otter a Christmas tradition at our house.

While this is surely not the most popular Christmas classic, I urge readers of this review to buy a copy and watch it with your children. Review: I can remember when I was young and I first saw this one on HBO. Honesty, I always looked forward to X-mas time because I knew that I might get a chance to watch this movie again. The storyline is great, and the characters are even better. A must see for all during the holiday time. I am 23 now and I am going to order it because this year I didn't get to catch it on tv.

Review: This movie has remained in my heart for at least 20 years. I am now 30 and recently began to search for this movie because I have an 8 year old who is growing up in a much less caring time. I would like to reiterate what family means and what lengths some will go to preserve the love they have for one another. I hope this movie will also remain in her heart as well.

Summary: One of the Best Christmas Stories Ever
Review: We watched this movie when my daughter was little. She's 20 now and since we failed to make a taped copy from HBO, we haven't seen it in many years. She's looked in our local stores and hasn't been able to find the video. What a great Christmas surprise she will have! The characters are so cute, the story line is entertaining as well as meaningful, and the songs are wonderful. There is a definite lesson to be learned from this video.

Review: I first saw Emmet about 14 years ago. It spurred my imagination, and for the past few years, I've been looking for it so I can share the wonderment with my daughter. With all of the "children's" videos that are out now, it isn't easy to find one that you can feel comfortable letting your child watch unattended. Emmet, however, is one of the few that, if I could tear myself away from watching it, I wouldn't have a second thought about her watching by herself. Thanks Amazon.com, for helping me share one of my favorite memories with my child.
