Summary: Great fun!
Review: I have all The Wiggles tapes. This one is the funniest of them all. The Wiggles are located outside at the Australian Zoo the entire time. They play with Steve the Crocodile Hunter and dance and sing with him too. He adds humor to the show and introduces many animals from Cockatoos to Kangaroos. They do not show all the animals at the zoo, but they do show quite a few. My 26-month-old really likes this one. The songs are very good and fun! The dancing is non-existent since they no longer have a contract with the Donna Halloran School of Dance. Their new Chorographer is the old Dorothy the Dinosaur Leanne Ashley. She herself is a fabulous dancer, but as of yet, can't get The Wiggles or the children to dance. With the great outdoors, the fun songs about animals and the cute skits between The Wiggles and Steve Irwin, this is a smash hit! They really did seem to genuinely have a ball filming this one, and their enthusiasm and happiness pours through every second of the film making it very special and sure to make your toddler smile! Now if they can only get Leanne Halloran (Officer Peoples) back to do the Chorography they'd be perfect!

Summary: Educational and Fun!
Review: As usual, the Wiggles have made a really fun, upbeat,
energetic video here with Wiggly Safari. However, this
time they've also managed to enlist the Crocodile Hunter,
Steve Irwin, in order to teach children all kinds of things
about animals. The best song is without a doubt "Old Man
Emu" ("He can't fly but I'm telling you/ He can run the
pants off a kangaroo!"). But all the songs are fun and
informative. Children will learn without realizing they're
learning. That's the highest compliment one can give to
childrens entertainers.

Summary: Yuck!
Review: My kids like it cause they like Steve Irwin but I don't really. Really cheesy... too cutsy.. really a piece of publicity for Irwin's Australia Zoo.... This video doesn't have the quality of
songs, script, etc. of the other recent Wiggles Video.. it is like going back to the days of "Dance Party". Worst part if the koola interview with Jeff-- it is Terri who is really too cutsy.. Also way too much of Bindi (Irwin's daughter)... I give it too stars because my boys really like Irwin but I personally would send it back

Summary: Great music, bad editing
Review: My 20 month old just loves The Wiggles, and I think we just about have all the videos that they have made. This one has good music and most of the songs are catchy, but I have to agree with another reviewer that the editing is REALLY bad. They jump from screen to screen with no more than 2-3 seconds in between each frame. This makes it very hard to watch. There are no smooth transitions in this one...

Summary: Not an excitement for a 21-month old boy
Review: My 21 month old son is a loyal wiggle fan. He loves most of wiggle videos, including older "dance party". Everytime I bring home a new wiggles video, he always asks me to play it immediately, then he sings and dances with the wiggles, having a lot of fun. But this time it is different. I pop in the DVD, skip all the commercials, he sat quietly with the first couple of songs, then he kept asking me to fast forward to the next songs, later he figured out there is nothing in the video interesting him, he decided to stop watching it.

I am not sure if he will like it when he is getting a little older, but at 21 month, he is not interested in it at all.

Summary: Absolutely Awesome
Review: We purchased this tape when it first came out and have not one thing negative to say about it. We think it is one of their best tapes. Our 3yr old absolutely loves it, Crocodile Hunter is her favorite song within 2 days she knows practically all the words and always has to get up and dance to it when she watches it. The songs are mostly all pretty up beat and catchy, even our 1yr old who is usually more on the go than ready to sit still for a tv show, actually will put her hands up to dance to the songs. Steve Irwin, crocodile hunter, was great in the video you can tell he along with the wiggles had a lot of fun making the video. My 3yr old who never heard of the crocodile hunter before, now loves him. I can't beleive there were any negative reviews for this, that is what actually prompted me to write this, the video is awesome and we also purchased the cd to listen to in the car the whole family loves it.

Summary: I can't believe the bad reviews!!
Review: This is a great Wiggles movie. The songs are addictive, there is a lot of information about Australia and it's animals, and it has that cutie Steve Irwin. My daughter was a Wiggles fan, but now she is a true fanatic. She has watched this dvd every day since I bought it. I watch it also, I can't help myself. The tunes are so catchy. My seventeen month old son even boogies in front of the television.
There is a lot of very interesting stuff on koalas, emus, kookaburras(not sure how to spell that one), cockatoos, and dingos.
I can't help myself, I just love those guys, especially Greg.
If you don't like it the first time, keep watching, you'll get addicted too!

Summary: Huge disappointment
Review: We are huge Wiggles fans in this house. My two year old wakes up singing wiggles songs, and he goes to bed singing wiggles songs. He routinely brings me Wiggles videos, asking me to play them. He sings and dances to the videos & TV show. He adores the Wiggles.

So I bought him the Wiggly Safari DVD, despite reading the reviews here. Krikey, do I ever regret that decision.

My 2 year old dislikes this video so much, he actually turns it off! I don't blame him. First off, it's got the crocodile hunter in it - that should have been my first warning. Secondly, they got makeovers from some stylist - they have slicked back hair, turtleneck shirts & "stylish" pants. But it's the music that is a real disappointment. most of the songs on this DVD are lame. Many are slow and uninteresting. "Dorothy, Queen of the Roses" sounds like a country & western lament.

I hope my son doesn't grow to like this DVD when he's older. Unlike other Wiggles videos and CD's, I simply don't enjoy this either. It was a relief to me when my son turned off the DVD player.

We're much happier with the older Wiggles stuff, such as "Toot! Toot!" and "Yummy Yummy".

Summary: The Best Yet!
Review: My 2 1/2-year-old asks for this dvd all the time! Not only do we love the Wiggles, but we also watch the Crocodile Hunter so this is especially fun!!! The music is definitely the best yet (Wiggly Party is also awesome) and even my five-month-old son responds to it! I have told everyone I know with a young child to get this dvd!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Nice Change from the Wiggles
Review: My son (age two) really likes this video (as do I). It is nice because almost all of the songs are shot outside rather than in the studio (as in previous videos). Steve Irwin fits in perfectly with the Wiggles - he obviously loves what he does and his integration with the rest of the Wiggles crew is seamless. While some of the songs are slow, the up beat ones are the best they have ever written.
