When a young boy (Kevin Zegers) become the new owner of Buddy and The Boy discover the Dog gift of Playing Basketball! When the dog becomes a Hit. When his Original Owner wants his dog to cash in his Popular Stardom.DVD`s has an Sharp Pan & Scan (1.33:1) Aspect Ratio and an Good Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound. This film does have a funny climax, which is the film best part. DVD`s only extra is The Original Theatrical Tralier. Directed by Actor:Charles Martin Smith (American Graffiti, Never Cry Wolf, The Untouchables). Grade:B+.

Review: WHEN I FIRST SAW THIS MOVIE I THOGHT IT WAS STUPID BECAUSE I THOGHT A DO COULD NOT PLAY BASKETBALL BUT HEN I FOUND OUT MY DOG CAN PLAY BASKETBALL .SO MY DOG CAN ALSO DO MATH. I THINK BUDDY WAS A VERY GOOD DOG AND I'M SO SAD THAT HE DIED.

Review: Why issue a title on DVD if you are not going to present it in its original aspect ratio? This DVD is presented in Full Frame. The Laser Disc was in Widescreen. Sorry Buddy, we miss you and you deserved better.
