Summary: Pretty Good Movie, Ok DVD
Review: Although, I think that Beetlejuice is Tim Burton's worst movie due to its incoherency which results during scene transitions, its still a good movie with plenty of great moments and performances. Unfortunately the DVD is merely ok. Danny Elfman's solo music track is great but the image is waaaaayyy too sharp. This results in an overall granniness which is permanent throughout the entire movie. Fans of the film should buy this but the image gets a little annoying.

Summary: How about reviewing the DVD's quality?
Review: What person reviewing this DVD hasn't already seen the film? Of course it's top-notch, a great movie, otherwise I wouldn't be looking for the DVD. A few words on disc quality would be more informative than just "a must-see"...

Summary: A truly fantastic film for the recently deceased...
Review: There are few movies that you can repeatedly see and love every time. This is one of them!!! I first saw the film as a young child and to tell the truth it scared me a bit in the beginning. I learned to love it and saw that Beetleguese is a really fun character afterall. Five football players (feet up) for me!!!

Summary: A great movie to watch in October!
Review: Beetlejuice is my kind of movie and that's about it.Everyone should own it.Tim Burton is the new king of film.He should just make more movies. And I hope his future movies aren't dissapointing like Batman Returns and Mars Attacks were.He better not retire either. The dude has a lot of potential of being the next Steven Spielberg.

Summary: Beetlejuice is a must-see!
Review: The whole plot of Beetlejuice is out of this world! It is clever and witty with great jokes. You will be worried and laughing out load at the same time. The more you see it the more you will love it!

Summary: clever
Review: The real joy of this movie doesn't lie in its fun special effects, its twisted, albiet cheerful view of the afterlife, or Michael Keaton's Robin Williams impressions, but in its witty send-up of the New York art scene. No community is so desperately in need of skewering but it's rarely done -- and even more rarely done well.

Burton was kitschy before kitschy was cool and he figured out early on that Robert Goulet's best work would come in spoofing himself. The film is aging nicely and along with 'Ed Wood', it stands as the best example of Burton's whimsical, if slightly malevolent world view.

Summary: Just Plain Fun!
Review: The First time I saw Beetlejuice I Fell in love with 1.Winona Ryder 2.Harry Belafonte music and 3.Tim Burtons visions. Beetlejuice brought memories of Topper and The Ghost and Mrs Muir from when I was younger and they used to have the late show and not just hour long commercials. I defie you to watch this movie and not come away singing Jump in the line. It's a must see

Summary: He has done it again...
Review: Beetlejuice pretty much represents the kind of humor and imagination that should be put into a movie. Burton is a genius at doing these types of stories with the way he crafts fantastic creatures and settings from other worlds (or dimensions) . This movie has been #1 at the top of my list of favorite movies ever since I saw it as a kid. The waiting room scene alone is worth seeing. e-mail- Mr Toad90@aol.com is you're a Burton fan

Summary: Winona Ryder's first real classic comedy
Review: Winona Ryder shines in her role as Lydia Deetz in Beetlejuice. The movie has such a hysterical look at the afterlife it should not be missed. It is bizarre and to quote Lydia "Strange and Unusual".

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice!
Review: A great film. One of the rare films that I can watch over and over. I pick up new things with every viewing.
