Summary: horrible
Review: This series is waste of time, no personalities, no cult, just a commercial series

Summary: Why did they cancel the G1 cartoon series?
Review: This show had a great 1st season, with a moderate blending of action and humor, along with classic dialogues. These episodes are a solid beginning to a series that becomes an action-packed struggle between good and evil in the 2nd and 3rd seasons. This show must be seen if you even remotely like animation or action series!

Summary: Best non-Anime Cartoon EVER!

Summary: A bad copy of 80's cult
Review: This spin-off series is really just commercial nonsense. Everybody loved the original characters, why did they restructure the complete series?

Summary: Not even a shadow of the 80s G1 cartoons...
Review: Transformers is the greatest cartoon series ever made and I am a huge fan, but this new series is not what fans wanted back since 1987 when the series was axed. CGI graphics is a nice innovation but where are the characters? They should have made new adventures for the beloved and strong characters from the 80s (Omega Supreme, Ironhide, Soundwave, Shockwave, Starscream, ...even Rumble) GREAT but not included here. The producers have completly abandoned the original scripts and invented a new universe. Maybe they are not to blame and the film studio ordered that the "failed" past has to stay buried.

REMEMBER: It was a huge hit back in 1984 when the first G1 season started, imagine your childhood, the toys, the commercial spots - it held on in 1985 and then The Movie came. In 1986 we watched season 3 with Rodimus Prime, Galvatron, Metroplex and many more - and STILL The Transformers ruled the childrens' rooms. More than 3 years this is a record!

However for hardcore fans Beast Wars is not the choice, for new watchers... start at the beginning with season 1 of Generation 1. TILL ALL ARE ONE and watch out, it is MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE!
