Review: I read on this perticular page that a lot of people gave this movie 1 Star, but that doesn't mean I can't like it. I admit, the cinematography is not very good. The humor was good for little kids or anyone else who likes this movie besides me. The acting is good. Maybe if people just looked at it another way(it probably has a moral), they would see the story for what it really is. Please wake up and give it a try.

Review: I think NIMH 2 is a great video. I don't see why everybody is saying it is bad. It is exciting and it has good comedy. I really enjoyed watching it. If you look closely you'll see some cool details in the background and other stuff. I think this video is good for all ages.

Review: I'd give it less then a star! It's an insult to the Don Bluth ariginal.Advise to the ones that never seen the ariginl but lived(somehow)through the Sequal, see the first,discared the seconed,it's a classic!

Summary: An Insult to the Original!
Review: I'd give this load of bunk 1/4 a star if I could! This was the worst movie I've seen in a long time! Cruddy plotline, stupid new characters, fruity songs, and bad script makes this a real insult to the original. If you buy the movie look at ite once, and twice if can stand it, and you'll see my point. Better yet, get the original and compare the two. The original would not have such doofy characters, nor would it be so cartoony. The whole movie just made me want to cry. It was that pitiful. I strongly advise that you get the original first if you want to see how poorly done the sequel is. It would be sad if NIHM II was the only impression of the Secret of NIHM.

Review: I'll get strait to the point. This is one of the worst movies I have EVER seen. The plot is stupid, the charactors are annoying, the animation is WAY too cartoon-ish unlike the classic original's great animation, and the songs can cause you're ears to bleed. Don't buy this movie, or rent it. Buy the classic original Secret of NIMH instead.

Summary: MGM trashes one of the best animated films ever!
Review: It took MGM 16 years to make a sequel to "The Secret of NIMH", so it's really sad they ended with this bad movie. From cheap computer generated animation, a dull plot and lots of annoying songs, it's more like a Saturday morning cartoon than a full blown animated movie. Very young kids can enjoy it, but has a serious animation fan I sincerely advice you to better expend your money buying the original "The Secret of NIMH" instead. It's a much better movie, based in an award-winner book by Robert C. O'Brien, directed by the magnificent Don Bluth and with a terrific music score by Jerry Goldsmith.

Review: Noticed all those other reviews that say, "I wish I could give this movie a negative amount of stars?" There are a million horrible reasons for this. What a freaking joke. Somebody find me the exact coordinates of Thorn Valley while I build a nuke?Ignore shills and five-year-olds who give this movie the highest possible rating. It will cause internal bleeding with its sheer stupidity. There are no elements of the book in this movie. There are no elements of the original movie in this movie. I suspect the whole thing was a fevered dream swirling in the brain of gravely ill Timothy. If that's the case, Timmy, DIE ALREADY!

Summary: Catastrophe
Review: Ok, the first movie had excellent animation, a great story, and NO SINGING. This sequel, not only was it completely off the story of the first movie, but Timmy was just the sick little mouse in the first one. It completely goes in a different direction from the first movie. I just wish I could give this movie a negative amount of stars
