Summary: What a Cracker !
Review: Truly the best film I have ever seen in my life it had everything. action, adventure, humour and some jumpy bits too. the graphics were incredible and looked so real.

The Rock really gave us all a good show along with the whole cast it was one fantastic peice after another i can't stop complimenting all who helped keep me on the edge of my seat. indeed me & my mate began chanting Rocky....Rocky whenever he was on screen.

the plotline was terrific and i only hope everyone who worked on this movie enjoyed making it as much as i did watching it.

If i could name 1 fault in the film it was at the end where the Scorpion King comes out as a GIant Scorpion. after a bit of research alot of people said they would have prefered to see The Scorpion King and Imotep battle it out as Mortals. which would have made it a more seat gripping climax.

but all in all the greatest movie i have ever seen and i would strongly recommend that everyone goes to see it...

Summary: The Mummy is Back in Town!!!
Review: The Mummy Returns for me is a great sequel to The Mummy. The movie could even stand on it's own! Brendan Fraser stars again and now has an 8 year old son, Alex. Alex is mostly a naughty boy who loves to read and annoy people. Imhotep the mummy (Arnold Vosloo) is risen a is out to conquer the Scorpion King (The Rock) and use his army to rule the world. The Mummy Returns is not really what I expected but it got better because of some comedy led by Alex's uncle Jonathan. Look out for suspense parts in the movie. The Mummy Returns overall is a must for people everywhere. Just don't watch it on opening day because it's going to be a full house.

Summary: MUCH WORSE THAN THE FIRST ONE
Review: WHile the firs movie is fresh and spontaneous, in this one everything is a little bit forced upon the espectators. I didn't like it. There aer funny moments, but they are not sufficient to cover the flaws. Brendan Fraser's character lost all charm.

Summary: WOW!
Review: Wow. That is all i can say... i read the novel before i went to see the film which helped me to understand the story but when i went to see the film, i got to understand the visual effects of the movie. It is a superb movie! I love the story! I would go to see it again and again!

Summary: TERRIFIC ACTION-ADVENTURE MOVIE! BETTER THAN THE FIRST!!
Review: Brendan Fraser, Rachel Weisz, John Hannah, Arnold Vosloo, Patricia Velasquez, Freddie Boath and The Rock star in THE action-adventure hit of the summer. This thriller is PACKED with EXPLOSIVE HARD-HTTING action-adventure, LAUGH OUT LOUD comedy, STEAMY romance (you don't see anything), STUNNING special effects and NAIL-BITING suspense that'll BLOW YOU AWAY and LEAVE YOU BREATHLESS, asking for MORE!!! Rated PG. The Mummy Returns is ONE hell of a BREATHLESS roller-coaster ride that EXCELS EVERY OTHER action-adventure movie EVER made. This summer, action-adventure has a new name: The Mummy Returns. The first Mummy was good but not as good as this one.

Summary: A typical summer movie
Review: Great special affects and a plot that you could pilot a dirigble through - yup its the Mummy Returns.

To be honest I didn't see the first one but I don't think I am missing much. This is a good movie to see in the theater with your friends, amazed despite yourselves at the special affects, laughing at either the jokes (there are some good ones) or giggling at the bad dialogue and/or plot. The best surprise for me was Imhotep's (sp?) character - confident but loyal to his love, a good villain. To be honest I almost liked `the mummy' by the end of this movie - he's not Darth Vader or a villain on that order, but he isn't bad.

This movie is everything you would expect it to be - adolescent, reasonably pleasant and most impressive on the big screen. This is NOT something that I will need to own, though I may rent it once or twice.

Summary: The Mummy part 2
Review: If you are someone who thoroughly enjoys amazing special effects, stunts, and cinematography then this is your movie. Despite a not so original story line, it still incorporates many interesting twists and enjoyable comedy. I loved this movie...

Recommended summer flick

Summary: I am addicted to the Mummy Returns
Review: Maybe its because I liked the first one so much that I can't get enough of the second one. I personally thought it was great, except for all the hype given to the Rock should have been given to Arnold V. (Imhotep) and Oded Fehr (Ardeth Bay). Their acting has played a huge role in the success of both films. I highly recommend it.

Summary: One Of The Few Sequals That's Better Than The First!
Review: This movie is one of my favorite movies! I saw The Mummy and it was great, but its sequal, The Mummy Returns, is even better! This thrilling movie provides enough action, horror, laughs, and romance to please almost everybody! If you thought that The Mummy was good, you'll definately like The Mummy Returns. It is easy to understand and doesn't leave you confused. Everyone I know keeps saying that the Scorpian King looks too computer-animated, but I don't think the minor details really matter. It is the overall effect that counts. And let me tell you, the overall effect was AMAZING! Something I personally like about this movie is that they were able to use the same actors/actresses for the parts as they did in the Mummy, I don't know about you, but I don't like it when they sub in actors. Overall, I would reccomend this to anyone age 11 and up. This movie is rated PG13 for the scare factor, but it is also a blast for kids a few years younger than that. I love this movie also because you can get quite a few laughs out of it. The enchanting music is very Egyptian sounding and goes perfectly with the movie. Have fun watching this!
