Summary: Ehhh not bad but not that good
Review: This movie wasn't the worst I've ever seen but it wasn't that great either. I will admit the only reason I rented it was to see Mr. Depp, but I doubt I'm alone in that. The story is just boring. Someone told me this was a scary movie but I did not see that at all. I figured out the whole surprise 'twist' if you want to call it that before it was revealed. Johnny Depp is an amazing actor but even he couldn't save this one. I will give credit to some parts of the movie that did keep me interested but these were very few and far between. Not Johnny Depp's greatest but if you are a hardcore Depp fan its worth the price of admission.

Summary: I love Johnny...however I hate this Movie!
Review: Johnny Depp is one of the most versitle, uniquely weird yet brilliant actors around. He's nice to look at as well, but Secret Window is a pure disapointment. Yes, this movie begins with a classic plot and moves along rather smoothly as you become involved in the rather bizarre happenings. You begin to sympathize with Depps character but then the ending just makes the entire movie stupid! When the credits begin to roll, you sit there asking yourself why you watched this stupid movie in the first place.

Summary: eh film. Johnny Depp saves it.
Review: This was Johnny Depp's first film ever since his nomination for Best Actor for POTC. We open up on a shot of a man sitting in his car and then he goes into a hotel room and sees his wife and goes nuts...the camera cuts away before we see what happens.

The same man is visited by another man that says that he has plagerized his story, and that he will kill him if he doesn't credit him for it. He doesn't seem phased by it, and shrugs it off. Then strange things start happening, and He starts going crazy, and He then hires a private investigator and asks him to see what is going on and who is it that is doing to him. But, that messes up and then it sets up the strangest ending ever.

Johnny Depp only carries the film to its maximum point. The film itself is wondering what to do next every scene. It has a hard time trying to follow a solid plot, and the ending, just weirds you out. I thought it wasn't one of the greatest of 2004 but it was entertianing and fun to watch Johnny Depp give another good performance.
