Rating: Summary: CUJO, a great Movie but what happend to the DVD? Review: CUJO, a truely gripping and terrorfying movie experience. When i first saw it i was so scared i nearly cried with fear. Now however that it has seen the light of DVD, i wonder to myself what went wrong? The Sound and Picture are very good even though its presented in Mono, its not in Widescreen which is dissapointing and as for the Extras, what Extras. Theres just nothing on this Disc. All we have here is the scene index. It still is an essential if your a Dee Wallace fan like me but nether the less a Disc with no Exrtas can be a dissapointment.

Rating: Summary: Disappointed Review: Up font, I'm a fan of Stephen King. The problem with the film Cujo is lack of suspense. The story is simple; anyone of us could have written this plot. If you live in the county there often are stories of rabid animals. This one just took a slim occurrence and exaggerated it. Although the story is basic and the acting at best is fair, the directing and editing are good; in fact they save this "B" film. Maybe I've gotten numb to suspense and thrillers. Maybe this was scary at the time it was produced in 1983; either way, unless you are collecting Stephen King works, this film is an occasional rental. This film is rated R for graphic violence and due to gore from a pet dog, I wouldn't recommend it for children or pet lovers!
Rating: Summary: Maddogg Muttley..*woof* Review: This has got to be one of the worst made movie of a Steven King novel ever. It's about a St.Bernard that's chasing a lil bunny rabbit into a hole and then sticks his bignose where it doesn't belong, A Bat Cave. The dog then gets bitten on the schnoz by an angry bat, and yep thats the whole pitcher right there. A slobbering mess of a movie. Watch it if you like Dee Wallace. Otherwise avoid this rabid muttley mess. It's definitley lost it's bark
Rating: Summary: An fine Scary Movie, from the Novel by Stephen King Review: When a Huge St. Bernard gets bitten by a Rabid Bat. The Dog goes Slowly Turning into a Murdering Beast.Directed by Lewis Teague (Alligator, Cat`s Eye, Jewel of the Nile) delivers a Well-Crafted Thriller. The Suspense is Nice. The Timing is Mostly Dead-On and the Terror is Truly There. This is Based on a Novel by Stephen King (Christine, The Dead Sone, The Stand). This also has an Excellent Cinematography by Filmmaker-Jan de Bont (Speed, Twister, The Haunting). Dee Wallace-Stone is fine as an Adulterous Wife, who finds Himself with her Son (Danny Pintauro) somehow Stranded in an Old Beatup late 70`s Pinto, with the Murdering Dog. Faithfully Adapation from the Stephen King Novel. Well Done. Grade:B+.
Rating: Summary: Probably the worst horror flick I've seen. Review: "Cujo" is such a poorly-made horror flick that isn't even really a horror film at all. It's more of a family melodrama turned bloodfest. In the first half, there's no humor or personality in the characters at all, so when the last half begins you start rooting for the dog to kill the annoying son and neurotic mother. Which brings me to the acting. This movie has got maybe the most annoying kid ever in a horror film, Tad Trenton. Even when the dog attacks don't occur, he whines like a baby. Such poor acting, huh! I was kinda waiting for Michael Myers to come knive him to death. He was THAT bad! He was not likable, humorous, or real; just a whiny baby that his mommy should have spanked HARD! I've never been so hard on a child character in a movie, but Tad in this movie deserved to get his comeuppence, which unfortunately, he didn't. When it comes to a scary movie, this one just let me down and wasn't scary at all.
