Summary: this moive is good even though its not bloody
Review: ok because of derrective 44 this movie is (pg-13)

any eay most jason fans hate this movie because it was made for kids so because theres no killing or blood or gore they hate it but the fact is i hate that stuff but this is not a real horror movie it is a story about a boy named jason who almost drowned but did not he hid in the woods for a while and whanted to get revenge for his moms death (doesent even scrach any body in this movie) well any way he chases some kids around the big apple (sort of haveing a termenator-t-1000 fight going on)but no one gets hurt but jason. well thats it but whats difernt about jason is unlike freddy, demons, and those other moives is jason has nothin super natral about him (hes just a upset dude) well any way no worrys this is a action mystery mix not a horror moive so if like parents or someones readen this you dont need to worry(not sidistical, not blooddy murrder horror stuff) just a man in a mask chasen some kids so in joy this movie even though its not horrr ok promise yall whatch it ok see u later

Review: THIS IS THE WORST HORROR MOVIE EVER.DON NOT EVEN RENT IT

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Only question left is which is worse, this one or Part 5?
Review: Absolutely horrendous, I can't pick which was worse, this one or five...the only thing about this flick that was semi-good is Kane Hodder's performance as Jason Voorhees...(It's surprising how tough it is to act as the killer in a slasher flick)...But even the stuntman extraordinaire Hodder's performance wasn't enough to salvage this flick...Don't see it; the next movie in line, Jason Goes to Hell:The Final Friday doesn't even acknowledge this one,it completely disregards "Manhattan"s ending...again, don't see this one. Take my word for it. Don't waste two hours of your life watching it. You'll be sorry if you do. Your time would be better spent cleaning your bathroom.

Summary: Funny
Review: If you are watching this do not take it seriously and you will really enjoy it. The actors are absolute ham and some of the scenes are utterly pointless. Jason seems like the good guy for some reason, and there is a really cheesy family comedy feel to it all. But it's great fun to take the mick out of, and since none of the Friday films are particularly scary anyway, I enjoy this one the most.

Summary: Not really bad, but the worst one.
Review: Also this Friday the 13th-sequel ain't really bad, but it's doubtlessly the worst one. The beginning is great: When Jason stalks and slashes another bunch of teenies on a cruise ship you think that this is gonna be another exciting sequel. But then the ship thinks and the rest of the story takes place in New York City. Well, in fact that was what I was looking forward to, but there the whole thing gets rather boring. Still, it would be pretty good, if it were not for the totally ridiculous ending. Anyway, as a Friday the 13th fan you should watch it, just because of the well-done beginning. And because of Jason, though he is less scary in this flick.

Summary: BEST OF THEM ALL!!!
Review: This one has to be the best cause more killings and the end was alright.Defeintly when Jason punches the guys head off.So if you were not going to watch this.THINK AGAIN.Cause this one is one not to miss. And Jason's face just gets scarier and scarier as the Friday the 13th's go on so what i say is to watch this movie. If i had to give a rating between JASON and MICHEAL,JASON would defeienetly win.

JASON 10/10 KILLINGS 10/10 HORROR 10/10

Summary: Sad attempt to bring something new to series.
Review: Maybe the same plot line does get boring in some cases. Jason with out Crystal lake is like Freddy with out Elm St. Come on Jason in New York. Give me a break. The only good thing about this one was the action and the some what funny scenes. Nothing will ever beat the originals. END

Summary: How is Jason Taking Manhatten?
Review: This movie is a continuation of the Friday the 13th series, and I must say on that could be left out. In the begining you get excited by the title Jason takes Manhatten, this is an interesting idea, how could it not be, well I think they found a way. JAson is brought back to life after an underwater power line electrically rechares him and he re-awakens. This is where the movie gets bad, instead of having Jason terrorize Manhatten, they deciede to let him terrrorize a cruise ship of students that are graduating from high school who are embarking on their senior trip. At no point in time does Jason even attempt to take Manhatten. The only reason I give this movie two stars is because Jason at least seems to keep up to his old tricks of maiming and killing teenagers who are doing things that they should'nt. Only see this movie to keep up with the Friday the 13th series. Out. END

Summary: Run from this movie like Jason's talling you...
Review: Ok, it's hard to keep a series going up to number 8, but sometimes you gotta know when to quit. Jason in New York city??? What is this??? SUCH a deception! DO NOT see this. PLEASE!! END

Summary: I think I'M the one that got taken...
Review: Um, let's see: Jason's reanimated and on the killing rampage again, using just about every edged weapon at his disposal to systematically take out several teens until the prime hero/heroine finds a way to end his reign of terror. Oh yeah, that ain't a familiar scenario at all, heh...

But wait-- we can't forget a few elements the writers have thrown into the mix to try and give this a more distinctive look and feel from all the other 'Friday' flicks. Ya know, like the new "ship-of-death" and Manhattan settings. Or the primary heroine's weird quasi-hallucinatory 'flashbacks' linked to Jason and her legal guardian that pop up from time to time, none of which really make any sense or have any logic to 'em. Then there's the whole Jason 'death' scene, which pretty much blew all laws of logic and plausibility right out the door! Oh God, why do I torture myself by watching this trash?! But the sad thing about it is, the next time I visit the local rental store I'm gonna pick up the next installment in this horror schlock-fest to view and review! I am NOT a well person...

On a bit of an upside, I did get treated to the funniest Jason-kill I've ever seen when he literally knocks one teenage victim's block off! I was so astounded by how cheesy this scene looked, I hadda rewind the tape and watch it again to see if I really saw what I saw! Sure 'nuff, I did! AH HAHAHAHAHAHAHA-HAAAH!!! Oh man, that bad-boy was ten times funnier than all of Jason's other so-called 'scary' kills in this movie combined! Though it's not quite as guffaw-inducing as the scene from 'Killer Klowns From Outer Space' that it blatantly ripped off...

'Late
