Review: This is one of the best in the series!!!
There are only 7 or 8 elm st. children left and Freddy has found a way to come back and kill them!!! This one has to have the most creative dream deaths out of the whole entire series!!! That is why I loved it!!! Heather Langenkamp comes back to help these kids fight Freddy! They are all in the mental hospital because Freddy makes it look like they are trying to commit suicide! They find out that they have special dream powers and Nancy (Langenkamp) helps them learn how to use them!!!
Will they be able to stop Freddy once and for all, or will he win and get all there souls?!

Review: Nightmare On Elm Street 3 is the 2nd best one of the series yet.
Nightmare 3 finds Freddy terrorizing kids in a mental institution. Finally they find their powers in their dreams.
The first two deaths are awsome.

Review: I love this movie of the NOES series! Out of all the 'Nightmare' films I've seen this one possibly had the most suspense since the original 1984 release. Heather Langencamp of the first film returns in this one as Nancy Thompson, who is now a dream researcher helping the last remaining Elm Street children to survive against the horrors of Freddy Kruegar (Robert Englund) who's almost as scary as BOTH NOES 1 & 2 combined! Together, they all do battle against Freddy with an amazing variety of dazzling special effects, incredible thrills, and non-stop action at every turn! (not to mention the fight scenes being spectacular!) This one is guarenteed to keep you at the edge of your seat and biting your fingernails! (The beginning of the film especially scared the hell outta me!) If you're a hardcore 'Nightmare' fan I suggest you get this NOW!! I give it a 10/10!!! Be sure to also pick up "A Nightmare On Elm Street 4: The Dream Master"! There's plenty more where that came from.

Summary: Much Better Than Number One!
Review: This is even better than number one! There's great horror all the time! This time there's a group of child in the psyciatrists because they see nightmares. Some of the children die. Fred has taken new formats, sometimes he's a snake and sometimes something other. He is much more powerful than before because he has gets energy from the children. The only way is to use the skills that the children has in their dreams. Together they will attack. There's is also good moments when they try to bury Fred's body. The skeleton is alive. Good actors again! This is much more exciting and scarier than number one.

Review: Nancy (Heather Langenkamp) has grown up and become a psychiatrist specializing in dream therapy. She meets a group of teens at a local hospital who are having the same nightmares that she once did. Kristen, one of the teens, has the power to draw other people into her dreams. Working with a male doctor assigned to the case, Nancy helps the kids realize their special abilities within the nightmare world. When Freddy captures one of the teens, she leads a rescue attempt into Krueger's domain, in hopes of putting his spirit to rest once and for all.

Summary: The best of the "Elm Street" sequels
Review: After a really lousy sequel, the creators go back to the winning format as original writer Wes Craven returns and helps explain some of the secrets behind his creation, Freddy Krueger. This one also has the return of Heather Langenkamp as Nancy Thompson, the original survivor, as a child psychologist, who joins forces with a new crop of kids who are trying to stop Freddy before he gets them. This thing has some really creative ideas and is without question, the best of the many sequels that are to come.

Summary: Son of a Hundred Maniacs...
Review: I practically grew up on watching "Nightmare on Elm Street" movies. Been watching them ever since I was little. Freddy Krueger is my all-time favorite horror villain. "A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors" is probably one of my personal favorites in the series. It's got a great script, great concept, and it's entertaining as hell. Both chilling and funny, this is a movie to watch if you want a good time. This particular "Nightmare on Elm Street" has a rather ingenious storyline; possibly the most creative in the series. The "survivors" of Elm Street are slowly falling victim to Krueger's violent rampage one by one (although the deaths are considered "suicides" by the doctors). Only a few remain alive in a psychiatric ward and they all have similar nightmares. They all dream of a man who is horribly scarred and wears a glove with razor blades for fingers. And they know that he is out to get them. However, these aren't your typical survivors. They have special powers and gifts in their dream world that makes them unique and powerful. These gifts and powers may be the only thing that can stop Freddy once and for all, before he murders each and every one of them. This one was actually co-written by Wes Craven, the man behind the original "Nightmare on Elm Street." It really shows because this one isn't as funny as the later ones. It's more creepy and scary, too. The movie was very well-directed and written. The actors were great and each of them really made the movie work. And of course, you have to give credit to Robert Englund, who really shines as Freddy. There is no way anybody else could play the part. Englund practically made the role his own. The DVD doesn't have much to offer, but it does look and sound great. No more having to deal with the mono VHS copy that was recorded in "extended play." The picture is crystal clear, and even a little TOO clear at parts. The new Dolby Digital mix is also really good. You do have the option to listen to it in mono, which is the original theatrical mix. Other than that, no eye-popping extras. "A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors" is a Freddy movie to remember. Not only is it scary and even funny at times, but it's also very creative and impressive. I'm a fan of all the Freddy flicks, but this one is probably my favorite of them all. This is something recommended for ALL horror-buffs. Then again, all of you horror-buffs have already seen it, now haven't you? Well, then to the rest of you... check it out when you can!

Review: THIS IS A BIG IMPROVEMENT OVER THE LAST SEQUEL. IN THIS ONE, FREDDY COMES BACK AND TERRORIZES A GIRL NAMED LISA [PATRICIA ARQUETTE]. WHEN SHE GOES TO A FACILITY FOR TROUBLED TEENS, FREDDY CONTINUES HIS RAMPAGE THERE. NOW, REALLY THIS ONE GOT THE SERIES BACK ON TRACK. THE PLOT IS GOOD, AND IT HAS A LOGICAL ENDING. THIS IS THE BEST OF THE NIGHTMARE MOVIES, HANDS DOWN. I RECCOMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO LIKES HORROR MOVIES. AND IT EVEN HAS A PRETTY GOOD CAST [INCLUDING A YOUNGER LARRY FISHBURNE].

Summary: Nightmare on elm street - Wes Craven= A true Nightmare
Review: Freddy returns to extract revenge on the children of Elm Street. But will the powers of the group of teens and Nancy Thompson destroy Freddy for good? The film is not anything like the first or last film. Wes Craven returned to help write this film BUT he did not direct. That was a let down. This is the first film that made Freddy a staple of Pop culture. Robert Englund, Heather Langenkamp, and John Saxton return along with a new face on Elm street, Laurence Fishburne. I don't think this film lived up to what it could have been. It would have generated more fear with Wes Craven directing. Not a terrible dissapointment. Not the best in the series either.
