Summary: "Maggot head! "
Review: This film has a good start, but the film is littered in limp humour, I could not take it seriously. The James Bond style beginning and some of the acting was very funny.

Songs by Alice cooper are also featured and Jason (maggot head) seems to be slightly comical. Quite enjoyable in a funny sense.

Summary: excellent continuation of the best horror series ever
Review: jason is back again & even more powerful than before! there's a whole lot of imaginative murders plus some very funny bits too. this is the first friday movie in which jason's supernatural side really becomes evident. i recommend watching this at night with a bunch of friends or your girlfriend. nice 80's soundtrack with songs by alice cooper (he's back (the man behind the mask) & felony (animal). oh yeah, there's plenty of gore to go round :)

Summary: It's such a shame....
Review: This one is kind of funny, but is pointless. Jason is killing people for no reason. Stupid people..

Summary: Not the best, but by far not the worst
Review: The same as the others except this one is actually scary in some ways. This is Kane Hodder's best appearance as Jason. His eerie walk, his ominous turn of the head and his brute strength make him a match for a Michael Myers or Freddy any day. Worth watching if only for the site of Hodder playing Jason. If you didn't know it was an actor you may take him for a real mass murderer: he's that good.

Summary: A fair attempt for a fifth sequel!
Review: I watched this film very recently in view of my project and was actually presently surprised. tommy Jarvis (aka Thom Matthews) returns for a 3rd time to do battle with the psycho once and for all. PLOT: Uncertain did he really kill Jason or not, Tommy comes with a friend and visits the grim grave of Jason. He intends to burn his corpse to completely make sure that Jason will go to hell for good. But by accident he resurrects the beast. While stabbing a metal spear into Jason a lightning bolt electrocutes him and brings him back to life. VERDICT: The plotline is pathetic but at least the producers add some comedy to the slasher flick. There is also a good soundtrack to the movie. But my advice still remains;STOP MAKING THE SEQUELS. THEY JUST DON'T WORK!

Summary: One of the best Jason movie yet
Review: This movie is great a very suspesnsful movie a lot of killings but in this movie tommy the one who killed jason in his younger years plans to dig up Jason and burn his corps but he went nuts as he thought how jason killed his family and stabs jason in his grave but lightning hits the beam that tommy stabed jason with and it brong him back to life a very super movie buy it.

Summary: Coffee break!
Review: The same boy from part IV and V returns to Jason's grave in an attempt to destroy his corpse and brings him back to life instead. Needless to say, it didn't work. Better than the last three in the series with some great songs by Alice Cooper and a sense of humor but still a lame halo of poor quality hangs over it's head.

Summary: best of the least
Review: I divide Friday the 13th movies into two series: parts I through IV were the first series and were a complete movie cycle unto themselves which ended appropriately with "The Final Chapter". Part V- "A New Beginning" began the second series of films which were not so much a series as a group of films that often had a weak narrative connection between them and a muddled relation to the original four films. That being said, this is the best film of the latter group of movies. This is mainly due to the fact that it has actual suspense in it, which is sorely lacking in the rest of the latter day friday movies. Part VI is simply a good slasher movie which is exactly what it needed to be.

Summary: A nice change of pace...
Review: I found the 6th Friday movie one of the best. While its roots remain the same (being Jason killing lots of people), it adds new touchs such as some funny comedy scenes, and also deals with Tommy again (from previous Fridays). Tommy actually killed Jason, but he becomes resurected to kill and kill again. Worse thing though, is that the cops think Tommy is the murderer! It comes down to a great conclusion. Go rent it for a sleep over party, or halloween party.

Summary: The force is with jason
Review: Ok, so many of the friday the 13th films are pants, but this an exeption. with it's self referential humor and it thrill a minute attitude the film can't go wrong. The cast and director don't take them selfs to seriously, giving the film a cult status. if you don't watch it for scares watch with a beer, pizza and put your feet up, a brilliant sequal which i feel surpasses all the sequals, and maybe even the orignal.
