Review: Child's play 2 was pretty cool when i first saw it in 2000 but i asked my dad if we could go rent child's play 3 for dvd on my birthday when I turn 10 i'm 9 now but i saw the movie and it kicked [behind]I thought it was the best movie i've ever seen sense 2001 i loved all the child's play movies i thought the bride of chucky was one of the best ones child's play 3 is my favorite like there's a few gory parts in it but still it's pretty awsome and sweet child's play 2 there's a part where he came out of thee teachers closet and takes a pump and pumps her away and she hits the kids desks and comes out with a ruler and whackes her with it and child's play 3 that one has some hella sweet parts child's play was a little gory but all of em rock

Bride of Chucky: 9.5/10: A perfect blend of comedy and chills!

Unfortunely, like others have stated, the first isn't included because it was made by another company. That's why I took off one star. Couldn't they have asked permission from the company that made the first one?! You also get free tickets to Seed of Chucky when you buy this. That movie kicks @$$!

I suggest you order the first movie, then get this collection. The Chucky series is a horror/comedy masterpiece! Enough said.

Review: I am writing a response to a reviewer who stated "wtf is this?" and complained that this collection didn't include the first film. Well my friend, you apparently do not know your films very well. The first Child's Play was released by MGM. All the sequels (Child's Play 2, Child's Play 3, and Bride of Chucky) were released by Universal Pictures. Since MGM and UNIVERSAL are rival motion picture companies, there is no way in hell the first film would be included int his box set. So quite complaining! This box set is awsome and you really save some dough by buying it. You just have to buy the first movie seperatly.

Review: I do realize why we don't have the original flick here, because it was produced by MGM. The Chucky concept was then picked up by Universal, who supported the three movies you get here.
Good bang for your buck. The DVD extras are rather mediocre, nothing out-of-the-ordinary, especially CP3 it has no specials to it whatseover. This box set is worth your money, and the movies are good, but Bride of Chucky buts the others to shame, and lowered my rating to 4 stars.

Review: I have recently turned 12 and I asked my parents to get me The Chucky Collection for my birthday. I got my wish when I opened it a few days after I turned 12 because we had it on order.

I have always been a fan of the Child's Play series and I think it is great that Universal released this. In the set there is Child's Play 2, Child's Play 3, and Bride of Chucky. They have finaly released Child's Play 3, but Child's Play is not in the set.

The special features on Child's Play 2 are cast and crew bios, theatrical trailer, production notes, and Universal web links. Child's Play 3 has cast and crew bios, and the theatrical trailer. Bride of Chucky has cast and crew bios, the theatrical trailer, spotlight on location, production notes, Jennifer's Diary, an audio commentary by director Ronny Yu, an audio commentary by Jennifer Tilly, Brad Dourif, and Don Macini, and more special features!!!!!

This is an excellent box set I reccommend it to Chucky fans. For synopsis for every Chucky film check idividual titles of the Child's Play series. BUY THIS SET!!!!!!!!

I LOVE Child's Play 2. It's my favorite of the set. Part 3 I thought sucked. I remember a scene when Chucky steps out and says the equivalent of "Boo" and the victim makes this HUGE scene like he's been shot and dies of his own accord. Dumb. Bride of Chucky is just funny as hell, so I have to give it a good review. Overall, I'd love to have it, so thumbs up on this set!

Review: Keep in mind that you can buy the original for like 10 bucks at walmart so you really can't complain about it not being included.
i do think the original was the best while many complained of it being boring but it was the origin of how it all begin so it just wasn't as fast paced. the first sequel was good but by the second one the series started to get dry but bride of chucky redeemed the series. all in all, if you enjoyed the first one you should enjoy the entire series as a whole.
