Summary: Imaginitive entry
Review: Seven years since the demonic killer doll Chucky last reared his ugly head, Hong Kong director Ronny Yu (who later helmed Freddy VS Jason) directed this fourth installment in the Child's Play series, in which Chucky (voiced again by Brad Dourif) is revived by his former flame Tiffany (Jennifer Tilly, perfectly cast). Eventually, Tiffany herself becomes a pint sized psycho, and like the film's tagline states, "Chucky gets lucky". The pair hitch a ride with a pair of young lovers (hottie Katherine Heigl and Nick Stabile), and a path of carnage soon follows with a horde of bloody, burned, and broken bodies. Bride of Chucky managed to be the most imaginitive entry in the Child's Play sequels, and helped breathe new life into the stale series until it was followed just recently by the unbelieveably lame Seed of Chucky. Filled with morbid humor and some fun scenes and gags, Bride of Chucky isn't perfect or anything special, but it is a fun horror film that you will find some degree of enjoyment in.

Summary: 'Bride': Quite Creative, Violent, Funny, and Tongue In Cheek
Review: THE STORY: After being torn apart by the fan at the end of the 3rd one, Chucky's parts are taken to a police station. Tiffany, Chucky's old flame, gets the parts, sews him back together, and revives him. Tiffany pokes fun at him at being a doll, and gives him a girl doll to play with. Chucky gets angry, and he puts her soul into the girl doll. The only way for them to get back to normal is to use an amulet that is at Charles Lee Ray's grave. They hitch a ride, and have a honeymoon.

MY THOUGHTS: BC pointed a new direction in the Chucky series: Dark Comedy. It worked out great! Andy is now gone, and meet Tiffany! Very entertaining! Get it!

Summary: Bride of Chucky is the best
Review: This is my favorite Chucky movie ever, I dont know if Seed of Chucky will be better I heard it was good but the not better, but Bride of Chucky is the best, pretty much the same plot as the Child's Play series just that he has a Bride and he goes after a guy and his wife with his Bride. This movie proves that horror and comedy mix together.

Summary: An improvement over part 3.
Review:
Set after the events of Child's Play 3, Tiffany ( played by Jennifer Tilly) has been searching 10 years for her fiance Charles Lee Ray and she discovers Chucky ( voiced by Brad Douriff) torned to pieces by the fan from the end of Child's Play 3 in a police evidence despository then is stitched together to be brought back to life. However Chucky decides to also put Tiffany's soul into a doll, they take a ride with a newlywed couple ( Nick Stable and Katherine Heigl) to Hackenshack New Jersey to try to get a special amulet to become human.

A worthy entry in the series and is probably the second best to "Child's Play 2", this is a slight improvement over part 3 with better acting, great special effects, dark humor, John Ritter co-starring, and a twist in the end that leads to the recent "Seed of Chucky".

The DVD is great with terrific picture and good sound, the extras are good such as Trailer, an easter egg if you go to the cast & filmmakers bios, Production notes, Jennifer Tilly's diary on the film, two commentaries and the history of Chucky.

Summary: Went from Horror to comedy but still fails at it
Review: This movie wasn't scary at all and yes there were a few laughs here and there but overall this movie was not ment to be scary. There is lots of humor in this film unlike the previous CP films.

Jennifer tilly is pretty average in this film, Chucky is the man..I guess?...And this movie wasn't all that funny either with a lame ass ending to now is SEED of CHUCKY.

Over all this movie could have bin better but well...Not....

I give this 2 out 5

Then again I can't force you to not watch it but I'm warning you.....this film is pretty...well......Stupid

Summary: Comedy Conqures Horror
Review: I'm a hardcore horror watcher, I watch so many horror movies, most movies that scare the crap out of people makes me laugh. Anyways, I watched this movie, its mainly comedy based, also has added gore so they can still declare themselves a HORROR movie. Shrug.

However, this was the first movie that ever turned me on with two dolls having sex with each other. Eh, first time for everything. Don't lie, you know you were into it too pervs!BOINK. Have a nice day. "OMG SON WHAT ARE YOU WATCHING!!" O.o

Summary: This movie rocks!!!
Review: Okay--this is one of my favorite, absolute favorite, movie of all time! I love it so much that I'm officially 'outing' myself here publicly as someone who totally loves this horror/comedy, a movie that is hilarious, and incredibly gory..but in a good way! Folks, anything with the Chucky doll in it is probably going to have a huge amount of blood, and add the second doll, and a large amount of dry, sarcastic humor, not to mention a lot of wonderful small references to other horror movies, and you have a winner.. The opening scene that takes place in the police office's evidence room is on of my favorites! And finally, when you watch the movie, and start to note inconsistencies, please remember, it's a horror movie with 'living' dolls in it who kill people and fall in love. That requires a HUGE amount of being able to suspend your disbelief, okay? Just keep saying 'it's only a movie, it's only a movie'..
