Summary: Better than the first one!
Review: When I saw Rush Hour 1 I laughed the entire movie so I knew Rush Hour 2 was gona be even better... specially watching the Trailers for the movie and I wasn't wrong. When I saw the movie I LOVED IT! Tucker (Carter) and Chan (Lee) are back better then ever. Even funnier than the movie are the Outtakes. Specially the guy falling on car outtake.

Also the DVD has tons and tons of features. From Extra Outtakes to Deleted Sences to special interviews and more...

Plus the Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound is fantastic. Huge Bass on action sences.

A TOTAL MUST BUY!

Summary: Definitely funnier than the first..
Review: I'm not one who enjoys sequels too much as they are usually not as well done as the first movie, but in the case of Rush Hour 2, it's definitely funnier than the first movie. They pretty much managed to polish the chemistry between Jackie and Chris which really shines in this film. The DVD itself is another masterpiece. For it's price, it comes jammed with lots of extras like the first. It's got the director's commentary, couple of biographies on the making of the movie and Jackie. There's even a little hidden trailer for Lords of the Ring in the chapter select menu screen. Now, why can't other more expensive dvd movies follow suit? The colors were crisp and solid. Definitely a pleasant to view. Buy this movie if you liked the first. You'll be pleased.

Summary: Spotlight of 2001
Review: This movie is the funniest movie I've seen this year of 2001. Every year, a movie is made that stays in the spotlight and RUSH HOUR 2 is that movie of 2001. It's funnier than the original, it's more action than the orginal and it's better than the original all around. Not to take anything from the original cuz it was funny too but they outdone themselves in part 2. Unlike Eddie Murphy done with Nutty Professor 2, a total dissappointment but what do he care, he still got PAID! Get RUSH HOUR 2 and you will watch this movie at least 3 times a day if not rewind and rewind and rewind and rewind and rewind.....!!

Summary: "Rush Hour 2"...much, much better than the original!!
Review: I saw "Rush Hour 2" two times at the theaters, and the film kept getting better and better! "Rush Hour 2" has more action, more comedy than the first film! And both Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan just couldn't be better...or funnier! It doesn't mean that the first "Rush Hour" was a bad movie, because I loved the first one as well. Remember in the first film when Jackie Chan was the fish out of water in Chris Tucker's world of L.A? Well, now, it's Chris Tucker's turn to be the fish out of water in Jackie Chan's world of Hong Kong. "Rush Hour 2" chronicles L.A.'s Detective James Carter (Tucker) and Hong Kong's Detective Lee (Chan) investigating a counterfeiting scheme that involves a dangerous Chinese triad leader (John Lone). As far as the acting sequences go, Jackie Chan did an outstanding job as always. And hey, even Chris Tucker decided to get in on the action as well, and that was amazing! Zhang Ziyi ("Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon") did a superb job as well in her villainous role as the triad leader's henchwoman. In conclusion, if you want to see a typical buddy-buddy cop movie, then I suggest that you see "Rush Hour 2" as soon as possible! A great DVD addition to add on to the first one.

Summary: Rush Hour 2 for the Lay Person
Review: If you could care less about all the ways critics pick apart movies and simply enjoy sitting back and seeing a great flick, you MUST see Rush Hour 2! In action and humor it far surpasses the original Rush Hour. Some of the humor is directly related to the original Rush Hour but can still draw a laugh. Jackie Chan's stunts are unbelievable and the fight scenes themselves are worth any cost to own this DVD! It is a relatively clean movie and something the entire family could enjoy. This DVD could make quite a stocking stuffer come Christmas!

Summary: Wow~!
Review: This movie was an excellent follow up to the first. It was almost just as funny as the first but had a lot more and better done action scenes with Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker. Chris was hillarious in the movie and kept pooring on the laughs with everything he says. If you like chinese fighting style movies and also enjoy a hard laugh, then this movie is for you.
Chris and Jackie have a certain chemistry together. It really shows in this movie. Be sure and see Rush Hour 1 before you go and see this one because you will find the second one more entertaing if you do. But if you don't like the first one, still see the second one because it is different but still delivers butt kicking action and comedy.

Summary: Hilarious
Review: A great hilarious movie. Remember to stick around for the outtakes which are basically the best part of the entire movie.

Summary: Better Than The Original!
Review: Rush Hour 2 was one of the only sequels this past summer that actually outbeat its predacessor, that and American Pie 2. But this film was a huge exception. It had a stronger plot and even more laughs than the original Rush Hour, (which was great as well). This film grossed $225,021,823 over the summer.

The film reteams Chief Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) and LAPD Detective James Carter (Chris Tucker). The film is about a group of thugs laundering dirty money through a casino in Hong Kong. Lee and Carter must now crack the case.

Filled with lost of laughs, you really can't aford to miss the second "Rush", in Rush Hour 2. (...)

Summary: Hilarious Comedy
Review: Hard-hitting comedy sequel follows a streetwise L.A. cop who travels to Honk Kong to help his Chonise police inspector fight a vicious triad gang. Naturally, a lot of humor and action ensue.

Summary: Exellent movie! Better than the first.
Review: Inspector Lee and James Carter are on vacation in this one. But Lee now wants to work on the case of an explosion that might lead to a Hong Kong villian. Much better than the first by a long shot. The only problem with this movie, is the racism junk Carter does in the casino. Other than that, its a heck of a funny movie. You really ought to by the it.
