Review: this wonderfully tragic story is one of the best movies i've ever seen. it touches you no matter who or what you are. it's one of those movies where i can't help but to talk to the characters out loud and yell, "NOOOOO!" whenever you *know* something bad is about to happen. i don't even know how many of my friends i've persuaded to watch this and how many more i will. it's one of those films where you don't fall for the actress half as much as you do for who she portrays, the personality, the attitude. after the first time i watched it, i watched it again twice more within the next 24 hrs. this one truly is a must see.

Review: Who's ever wanted to be a model? This movie gives us a chance to look at the other side of beauty... always put out for show; always picked apart on film; never quite enough after you've given it all to the camera. What is captured on film is not always what is behind closed doors. This movie dealt expertly with the problems Gia encountered after her rise to fame and her inability to cope with herself away from the public eye. Her overt sexuality and very obvious drug use brought to light a very complex and sad life. Anjelina Jolie not only looked like Gia's twin, but she played the part to absolute perfection. This was one of the best films I have ever seen, so much so, I had to own it for my own collection.

Review: In Gia, the story of a heroin addicted supermodel, Angelina Jolie gives the most honest and passionate performance ever portayed in a made for cable movie, or perhaps in any movie ever made. You will relate to the charecter from the start and never leave her side until the end. I definitely recommend this movie for anyone staying in for a weekend movie.

Review: I've seen this movie zillions of times! I first saw the rated version on HBO, taped it, watched it so many times that I about ruined the tape, then ended up buying the unrated version. This movie is what got me hooked on Angelina Jolie. She gives an absolutely outstanding performance. What more can I say...you need to buy this!
