Summary: wonderful, heartwarming
Review: this is a fantastic movie, wonderful characters, and the best of all, boy gets boy in the end. (No pun intended)

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: It is one of the most intelligent romantic comedys I've seen
Review: The Object of My Affections fits into the romantic comedy genre, but with it's unpredictable storyline and characters which aren't the usual cliches, it provides an interesting two hours viewing. Jennifer Aniston wasn't too far away from her usual role, but Paul Rudd was excellent.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Fun, unpredictable pecie.
Review: I really enjoyed this movie because it was so original. They have never made a movie like this that was so fun to watch. And no, I didn't like it because I'm gay myself. I really like movies that grab your attention as well as this did. Fun entertainment.

Summary: "This movie is the Object of My Affection"
Review: If you like romantic comedies with a lot of drama, then The Object of My Affection is the film for you. It is a sweet, touching story with great performances from Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd. It's a great date movie and is great for anyone who just had their hear broken. If your a homophobe don't watch the film. You won't like it. If you're a hopeless romantic, this film's for you. I rented it and watched it 3 times. I'm buying it so I can watch it over and over again.

Summary: Keep walking...
Review: ...right past this movie in the video store. This is the film that convinced me that, outside of Friends, I just don't care for Jennifer Aniston. For a moment, early in the movie, I thought, "Hey, she's actually playing a _character_ here." But it passed, and she went back to her usual, low-rent routine. The script and story weren't bad, but a different lead actress (maybe Hope Davis) should have been the first order of business on this production.

Summary: It was a magnificient movie
Review: I loved this movie from beginning to end. Jennifer Aniston was magnifique in her portrayal as the emotionally vulnerable Nina Borowski and Paul Rudd was excellent. To me, the movie was filled with emotions of love and lust that each and everyone of us feel when we love someone and can't have them. I thought to an extent that it related well everyone because all of us have been in the situation where the "...object of ones affection shows rather less enthuiasm as one might have hoped" I personally loved this movie and recommend it to anyone whose ever had there heart broken. Don't bother to see it if your a homophobe or a closet case because you won't like it.

Summary: Simply unwatchable
Review: This could very well be the worst movie I have ever seen. Instead of sitting through two hours of pure agony, pull out your toenails with pliers. This will equal the pain felt while watching the movie and take much less time.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: One of my favorite movies of all time.
Review: Maybe the acting in the movie isn't Oscar material.. but the beauty behind this film lies in the honesty and compassion that is very difficult to portray on screen between straight & gay society. If you're gay, there is almost a piercing effect that the movie has on your heart. If you're straight, you may learn something new or come to a realization that all things are not what they always seem to be. The movie has a good balance of personalities, a few pleasant twists, and enough romantic irony for some to dominate a box of kleenex through the entire movie.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Pointless
Review: The only thing about this movie that made an impression on me is that Jennifer Aniston's nose does in fact resemble a tulip.
