Summary: EXCELLENT! can't get the songs out of our heads!
Review: This is SO creative! Not only does this program encourage movement and excercise through adapted yoga poses, it allows kids the opportunity to sing and learn about their breathing, relaxation and animals. The songs are fantastic, we literally cannot get them out of our heads. Fun for the whole family! We also have their "Let's go go the Jungle" DVD which is equally fun, creative and educational.
