Rating: Summary: A great unique video with smooth moves! Review: I have owned about 50 workout DVDs and i use about 10 over and over . This one will be added to the 10 I use over and over. It is a full length cardio workout. The warm-up will even get your heart elevated. The best thing about this video is that it is low impact, but you will sweat!!!. There is no jumping around, which is hard to find in an aerobic type workout these days. The only other Latin workout I have used is the Crunch Salsa video which I absolutely love! This DVD VIVA! Latin Rhythm has similar moves as Salsa crunch (in fact I think most of the same moves) but it seems to flow much more like an actual dance class. The DVD has English or Spanish option which is neat. I did the workout first in English and I plan to next time do the Spanish version just to get the more Latin flavor. Even if you do not know Spanish you could easily follow along after one viewing in English. There were no negatives to this DVD. The cool down section is probably the best of all the workout DVDs I own, it is a real cool down routine. I highly recommend this video to someone that wants a good low impact 45 minute easy to follow Latin workout. I wish more videos were like this one. This video will be great to firm up your middle area too! I think every dance step in the video uses your hips and your abs to move.
Rating: Summary: Great high energy workout Review: This is a great break from your usual routine. Very enjoyable. Great music. It will really get you moving and your heart rate going!
Rating: Summary: bad latin rhythms but USA aerobic steps Review: This is a joke workout. We do not recommend you buy it. A Latin rhythm workout. Ok maybe it has some really bad latin rhythms but the workout is a pure USA aerobic workout. Just becouse you name some USA aerobic steps with latin dance names does not make it a latin dance workout. This video is a real disappointment. The aerobic workout itself is a very good length. But do not think it has anything really to do with latin dance. Vanessa's Afro Brazilian Dance Workout with Vanessa Isaac has much more latin steps in it.
