Summary: good
Review: I used this tape years ago and it was a really good work out. I just pulled it out a few days ago to do it again. The only thing is that some of the dances are old and you feel a little silly doing the "butterfly" 10 years after the dance is no longer popular.

Summary: fly away!
Review: So what if the butterfly is no longer popular? We can bring it back!!

This is a video for people who like to shake it in their living rooms and get their s'wet on. The music is great and cheerful and so are the instructors. The moves are fun and easy and groovy all around. My favorite move is definitely the "fly away."

I will keep on doing the butterfly forever, even 20 years after it was popular. Because it's the greatest. S'wet forever!

Summary: Great Energy/Fun
Review: This workout is great, the dancers are very talented and you can see they are just so into it and enjoying themselves & you get into it also. That aspect & gtting into it totally is better then ANY of the other dance workout videos I've bought. I never was into reggae music before, but I loved dancing to these & was really able to feel the beat. In between, I love they don't stop, they have you do an easy dance step as "ISLAND BREAK!" often to keep you going. The only negatives I have is that there could be a little more breakdown of the instruction for anyone with two left feet, but with practice, even the most uncoordinated will get it. Also in between each segment, Miss Jamaica talks for longer then is accepted, and is highly annoying.

Review: This workout is great, the dancers are very talented and you can see they are just so into it and enjoying themselves & you get into it also. You really feel the music, the fluidity, and feel it in your body to help you let go into it. That aspect & gtting into it totally is better then ANY of the other dance workout videos I've bought. I never got into reggae music, but the songs they chose I really was able to enjoy and love. The only negatives I have is that there could be a little more breakdown of the instruction for anyone with two left feet or if it's their first attempt at learning dance moves, and in between each segment, Miss Jamaica talks for longer then is accepted, and is highly annoying.
