Summary: Beautiful and Easy to Follow
Review: I had been practicing the Yang short form from Tricia Yu's video for the last 6 months. I'm very excited to have it on DVD format because I can jump to the exact section I want to work on. It's easy to follow and the scenery is so beautiful that it's hard not to be inspired. Also, the music is lovely and Tricia's voice is very calming and encouraging.

Review: Ok, I was looking for a Tai Chi workout, and I found this one! And OH MY HOLY GOD! Thirty-Five bucks??? For ONE little DVD??? Do I look like a freaking moron! No way. There is no way that this DVD is worth $35 bucks! I don't care if it is the best Tai Chi workout that has ever been made! Maybe it would be worth it if it were a boxed set of 3 or 4 workouts, but not ONE! I would NEVER pay that much for this or any one workout video! Its ridicules!! Don't waist your money!

Review: This is the DVD if you are learning or have learned Yang short form, Cheng Man Ching lineage and want help practicing at home. It is not the one for learning the form. Pricey,but for the help I get, it's been worth it.
