Yoga w/ Richard Freeman: Ashtanga Intermediate Series DVD

Review: I chose this DVD because I know I'm not a true beginner, but boy,oh boy, this is a trully advanced level of yoga. Advanced as in advanced/expert in the yoga world. Freeman teaches and shows all of the most difficult poses and postures that you could ever hope to find. In comparison to this DVD, I'm a beginner, but in comparison to the people I take power yoga with, I'm definately intermediate. Freeman calls this DVD intermediate, which I really think is misleading.
