Summary: Fantastic Workout
Review: I've been using this video for close to a year and I'm not tired of it yet! It's fun and energetic. The routine is easy to follow. I highly recommend this tape.

Summary: A great way to begin exercising again.
Review: I love this tape...it is easy to do and Leslie and her exercise "gang" help keep you motivated.

Summary: The only tape I can do when I don't feel like working out!
Review: I purchased this tape a few months ago and am very happy with it. On the days where I do not feel like working out, I can always do this one. Not because it is too easy, but because it is low impact yet I work up a good sweat.

Summary: Feel like you've had a great workout in only 30 minutes!
Review: I feel like I've really done something good for myself. I worked out to this video for the first time today and I made it all the way through! It was a little tough. Some of the steps were a little confusing, but Leslie was quick to tell you that you could walk in place if you were didn't like the move. She was encouraging and the other people in the video looked like normal people, not Barbie dolls. When I master this tape, I definitely plan to buy more of her videos. Even I (with a full time job, husband and six year old son) can make time for a 30 minute workout 4 times a week!

Summary: Great paced workout
Review: This tape is terrific. I immediately felt my heart rate going up and staying there to ensure a good workout. Easy to follow and excellent directions by her. You don't miss a step. I have back problems and I can do this video!

Summary: Is upbeat and really keeps you moving.
Review: We tried it as a group at our workplace. Found it to be a great workout, while having fun at the same time! Two miles went by before we knew it!! We all were reenergized - like the bunny!

Summary: Her videos are the best!
Review: I simply purchased all of Leslie's tapes because I couldn't bear to use all those gliders, steppers, etc. And I didn't want to walk outside. I highly recommend all of her tapes because she is so sweet and so motivating. I have just about every one of her tapes and I use a different one each morning before I go to work. Leslie and all the people in each one of her tapes are so down to earth and natural that you cannot help but like them. All her tapes are simple and basic and honestly any age group can use them. They are real! And that's a total pleasure! As the expression goes -- try it, you'll like it!

Summary: A good tape - time passes quickly
Review: The "2 Mile Walk" is the first walkaerobics tape I've tried. Living in New England, it's tough to walk outside in the winter, so this is a good alternative. The tape is a little more "typical aerobics" (with the changing steps and grapevine moves) than I'd like, but it does give you a good workout in 30 minutes. If you don't want to do the whole 2 miles, you can do part of the tape then skip to the cooldown, which is a nice features. I will probably check out Leslie's other tapes.

Summary: VERY EFFECTIVE, EASY ON THE BODY
Review: This tape is wonderful for the person wether they are ten pounds over weight or two-hundred pounds over weight. It's easy on the body, no fancy choreography, just very basic steps. You can choose to go half a mile, one mile or the full two miles. You work up to your own level. I've gone from weighing 300 pounds (thirteen months ago) to weighing 159 and still losing. My secret? Consistency with exercise. The exercise you CAN do, is the exercise you WILL do. This tape is "doable" for even with someone like me who was at a virtually non-existent fitness level. Because it was something I COULD do, I stuck with it on a regular basis and saw results.

Summary: good walk for beginners
Review: This is the first 'aerobic walk' tape I've tried and I like it a lot. The instructor is encouraging without being annoying. The exercisers behind her are of varying levels and body types. This tape is just challenging enough for a beginner, which I am, but would probably be too easy for someone in better shape. My only problem with the tape is that it promises 'no difficult pattern and dancy moves', yet it includes them within 5 minutes of the start of the tape and continues them sporadically throughout.
