Summary: I Want My Money Back!!!!
Review: This workout should be thrown out! I can't begin to say how very disapointed I was. Yes,I did sweat however if you are a beginner of any kind you could really hurt yourself doing this "work out" No real warm up or cool down, not to mention the "Disney" like music. If this is Hulu I don't want to learn it.
