Summary: from a leslie sansone fan....
Review: i am definitely a fan of leslie sansone...i have been using her programs for 18 months....i highly recommend them as easy to do, no equipment necessary, fun exercise....however, i would not recommend this particular dvd...it says it is from 2002 but it is really a compilation of exercise programs from the early 90's...it is very outdated and has lots of complicated aerobic steps which her newer programs do not use...i would recommend her "walk away the pounds" or the "express" dvd's as they are great...

Summary: Easy Enough For Anyone, As Challenging As You Want!
Review: I bought this DVD shortly after Christmas, with my New Year's Resolution in mind. I started with the Weight Loss Walk, and found I hated it. The moves went so slowly and deliberately that I was exhausted just waiting for the next move. I had to keep stopping myself because I didn't know what was next. That's not to say that this is a bad workout, because my (very overweight) friend swears by this one, saying that it's one of the few workouts that is easy enough for her to do and that goes slowly enough that she can catch all the moves. I moved on to the Two Mile Walk, and found my workout gold! I started with just a basic walking step and minimal arm movement until I got used to the DVD. Now I am lifting my legs higher and higher, putting more and more oomph into the arm moves, and even strapping on ankle weights and grabbing hand weights to make it so it continues to challenge me. I like staying with this DVD, because the steps are so simple compared to many, and it really fits my basic cardio requirement -- it keeps me moving. I gave it four stars instead of five, because Leslie jokingly teases a fellow worker-outer about being able to keep up, and this woman looks pretty embarrased. I don't think that anyone who's brave enough to appear in an exercise video in spandex needs to be teased about keeping up, no matter how humorously or gently.

Summary: So much fun!!
Review: I did this backwards from disappointed. I bought this DVD first and had so much fun I bought the fat burning DVDs. While those are slightly more intense because you use weights, this one is more fun...more like dance. I have a blast every time I put this one on!

Summary: GREAT WORKOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: I love this dvd. I had not exercised in years and needed to lose a lot of weight, so I purchased this dvd to get me started. The start was gradual and I felt like I had two left feet part of the time. Now that I am used to the steps (and actually getting off my butt and moving) I absolutely love it! It has definitely built up my endurance and keeps me motivated. I like to switch between the two programs for a little variety which keeps me interested. I have another Leslie Sansone dvd which is not as interesting and much more repetitive than these two workouts.

Summary: Not the Best Sansone...
Review: I was disappointed when I placed this dvd in my player and started watching. It was a throwback to the early 90's, when I actually thought that this was a more recent version of her great workout routines. I did the entire DVD and almost died of exhaustion! I was under the impression that this was a recent release-boy was I in for a shocker when I saw Leslie's frosted hair, not to mention her outfit! And the other people on the dvd seemed lifeless. I don't mind that they didn't talk as much, but they definitely seemed like they were just there to fulfill extra credit points with Weight Watchers or something. There seemed to be no passion or life at all in their routine. The other thing that left me gasping with laughter was the fake "cloud bank" in the window above Leslie's "living room". I just couldn't take this one as seriously as the more recent dvd's she's put out. This was a major disappointment, and the moves were dated-as well as the music. Even Leslie looked exhausted-at one point she's visibly soaking in sweat! And if she's sweating, you can just imagine how you'll feel after about 30 minutes of this archaic dvd...don't buy!!

Summary: Disappointed
Review: I was first introduced to Leslie Sansone through her "Walk Away the Pounds" series, which I found very easy to follow. I bought her WalkAerobics Deluxe Edition hoping it would be another variation of her Walk Away the Pounds series. It wasn't.

A combination of complicated moves, inadequate cues and fast pace left me tripping over my own feet, saying, "Do what?!" and feeling frustrated. Not being very coordinated, I get easily discouraged by workouts that leave me feeling dumb and clumsy, such as this one. If you're like me and prefer workouts with advance cues, some instruction on how to do a move before actually doing it, and encouragement throughout the workout, avoid this one. (Leslie actually says, "Who's tired? I'M not tired!!" in this workout.)
