Summary: I'm Hooked!
Review: This was my first Pilated video. I loved it! I'm a beginner, but I feel like I can use this video to work up to the intermediate level. She moves through the exercises quickly. . . I never get bored. This is a miracle! I can already feel the improvements in my body. I would definately recommend this video.

Review: While I liked the new filming approach, it's not really an intermediate workout. This is only an enjoyable video for someone new to pilates.
