Review: this workout series is the best workout video i have ever used. I have the DVD, which is absolutely tremendous, but I bought the vhs tapes also for when i travel and can't find a dvd to use. These workouts are as good as it gets. Hart is very fit and lean in these videos, not overly muscled up. She is inspiring and she is very personable. I love the tips yo get, the variety of changing workouts by mixing and matching cardio or toning or yoga or pilates. This is a all-time top video, I highly recommend it and think many people will find it to be a great way to lose weight, tone up, and get fit.
