Summary: Terrific Value
Review: I'm English, but even with having to pay handling and so on from the States, this was still a great value buy. Although I love American fitness programmes, I am sometimes put off by the ra-ra, clap yourself style of the trainers; Minna is NOT one of those irritations, but is professional, motivating and you know you can trust her on safety issues etc. Getting two workouts was great: the Fat Eliminator, with its cardio and strength training intervals, is a nice, solid workout - not too hard, but you will definitely raise a sweat, particularly if (as another reviewer suggested) you continue to pay attention to your form; Strenth & Grace is I feel often underrated by the reviewers (though of course it all depends which kinds of workouts a person enjoys), as its stretch based moves (not really dance, yoga OR Pilates) are totally brilliant for relieving back pain. At least, as a chronic back pain sufferer, I have found them so - I'm not saying that would be true for everyone. Overall, an excellent buy, and we have nothing in England to rival this.

Summary: A GREAT no-nonsense workout
Review: I've been excersizing steadily for almost a year now and needed a good cardio DVD to add to my weight training program. So I bought this DVD about 3 weeks ago and I find myself looking forward to doing it each day! The 'Fat Eliminator' segment is really a heart pumping aerobic workout that offers a great mix of varied moves. She alternates between intervals of cardio and strength excersizes so that you never get bored with doing too much of the same thing. It moves fast and by the end you find yourself feeling really great and wanting more! It even includes an extra 15 minutes of spot toning excersizes for the lower, upper and middle body! The other segment for 'Strength and Grace' provides a wonderful challenge for balance and endurance - feels great and is a great lower intensity work out for the in-between days of heavy workouts, or it can be a great unwind workout in the evening after a long, hard day at work! I highly recommend this DVD for anyone who is looking for one DVD that does it all, muscle shaping & toning, cardio, strength and balance. It also helps to know that Minna is a very credible fitness expert with loads of accolades in the field. Finally, her pleasant personality makes it an overall enjoyable experience. This DVD has everything you need to stay in peak physical condition. A truly GREAT buy!

Summary: This one is great
Review: I've been working out consistantly using DVDs for the past 3 almost 4 years...and this one still gives me that great burn the next day. Definately use this one often. The circut training is great, the 15 minute optional weights are much different than the others I have & the yoga/cardio is calming but still gets the heart rate up.

Summary: Good Intermediate Workout
Review: Just picked this one up. So far, so good.

I just started working out the last few months & found myself having to stop doing some of exercises because I was so tired. Definitely an intermediate tape.

The strength & grace portion takes getting used to doing pilates/yoga moves with sneakers on! It's not so easy to curl your toes under in shoes :)

Hopefully, I'll start looking like Minna soon ;)

Summary: Minna Optimizer Balanced Blend DVD
Review: Like everyone else that wrote a review, I also thought this was an excellent workout. The Pilates segment,(Fat Eliminator) is real tough and calories will get burning! The yoga routine (Strength and Grace) is more balancing in a pose and breathing deeply. Minna is an excellent trainer. The instruction is clear and easy to follow. In DVD format, this DVD is easy to start in different phases of the workout, unlike some other DVDs that I have.

Summary: ok moves, but please show less
Review: Minna does a relatively good workout but I was quite taken back by her attire. Some shots it seems I can almost see her navel. I just dont want to see that much of anyone but my husband. I'm a bit embarrassed for her.

Summary: Minna is a great fitness personality
Review: Minna is a great person to watch while exercising. she isn't fake or too peppy and annoying. I find her easy to watch and follow along with. I bought this DVD to get back into shape after having a baby. I must confess that I'm surprised to say that I like the Strength and Grace portion better than the Fat Eliminator. I find the Fat Eliminator a bit boring. The music is not that inspiring and I think there is too much use of plio jumps, etc. which are bad on people's knees. it definitely got my heart rate up tho - I will give it that. The Strength and Grace portion I tried on a whim since I didn't care for the Fat Eliminator and I LOVE IT. The time flies while doing this workout and it's refreshing and relaxing, yet you do feel as if you're getting a great workout. Kudos to Minna for this innovative workout!

Review: The DVD arrived in a timely manner and was sold at a reasonable price.

Summary: Minna Optimizer - Balanced Blend
Review: The way this workout is broken up really helps the time to go by. It works the muscles and gets the heart rate going. It's also a shorter workout for time conscientious exercisers. The only thing I don't like are the pasted on smiles in the background. Also, if you can't handle jumping jacks, you may have skip one circuit.

Summary: Very good for exercise rotation
Review: These workouts are a part of my 14-day exercise rotation. I realy enjoy the 15 minute blaster workout she puts at the end of the first workout. The only reason why I gave the dvd four stars is because I really didn't feel the strength and grace workout working! However the first workout is a killer! I am at an intermediate/advanced level, and I had to take a breather. Recommended.
