Summary: Great Workout Video
Review: I think this video is great. It has 3 workouts in one video. That was the first thing I loved about it. But I would only recommend this video to people that have been working out from the beginning because if you are a beginner this video is not for you. She does some great work on the legs and abs. I suggest everyone should have this video in there collection.

Summary: Awesome Work-out
Review: Joan, relax already. I've never read such a scathing review. Of course, as with all work-out routines, the participants need to be aware of posture, breathing, and their own limitations. Cindy reminds us of that in the beginning of the tape. I have lost 15 pounds and toned up significantly since starting this work-out 5 months ago. I personally recommend it to anyone who is slightly to moderately overweight, and are already familiar with working out. Just take it at your own pace, that's the key. I had a lower back problem prior to doing this work-out and my back has yet to go out on me. I'm still discovering new muscles I never knew I had! It's so cool!

Summary: You Can't Call Cindy a Whimp!
Review: I bought this tape when I was 21 and ten years later I still can't seem to part with it. I just dusted it off recently after four years, two babies and nursing the last one for two years (whew)! So naturally I have a few pounds to lose and some firming up to do. I made it to about the middle of the toning section for the legs and couldn't believe how out of shape I really was. There was a time that I could do both 45 min routines back to back 3 days a week (you definitely need to alternate with a cardio routine on other days-this is strictly a "body shaping" tape)! I love this workout, it does get the job done and Cindy doesn't sugar coat anything about getting there either. I believe that this tape is safe so long as you have a good understanding of making modifications in some of the exercises and doing the abs section in a more controlled manner(which works the abs better anyway). The music and scenery is wonderful, too. I definitely got my money's worth on this video. And I hope to be doing those 45 min routines back to back again!

Summary: Amazing workout in little time
Review: I was surprised to see the editor's comments. I can understand the safety issues, and wouldn't recommend doing anything beyond your capacity; but I have to say, this video really does the trick. It's challenging and it's not time consuming. Breaks up the monotony too. I really feel the burn the next day! It's a little funny too, watching her and her perfection! Was it made for me or men?? Who cares, it works. I will never throw this one out. Hope the next one is just as challenging!

Summary: Excellent Workout for Those Who Know How to Workout
Review: I use this video every other month when I need to lose some extra pounds and really tighten things up. The movements and repetition effectively focus on all the right places and deliver results in no time.
It is true that Cindy is not always in the correct position, so I highly recommend this to anyone who already knows the correct form to use for different positions and movements. For others, get some good instruction first, you should anyway. But also listen closely to Radu in the background, because he does correct her. Other workout videos simply have too much instruction and move slowly. You do not have to keep up with Cindy's pace to see results. Make each set as strong as you can. Its pace and great results keep this workout video top on my list.

Summary: Skip It.
Review: I would highly recommend skipping this video and getting Cindy's "The Next Challenge" video instead. On this tape, she moves far too quickly for correct form, offers very little instruction, and often gives the impression that this is a tape to show off her beautiful self, rather than a fitness tape. The Next Challenge is far superior in that she spends a lot of time on correct form, the workout is much more thorough with a wide variety of excercises, and the pace is much easier to follow correctly. Obviously, "second time's a charm" applies here.

Summary: Toning Heaven
Review: I tried this video for the first time last week. I thought it was awesome. I have been working out on the elliptical trainer, rowing machine, stationary bikes, and several Cybex weight machines. Well, let me rephrase, I thought I had been working out. After one use of this video, I could tell that I had done some exercising. I would definitely recommend this video to anyone wanting to firm up. Oh I need to add that I have a bad lower back and I did fine with this video workout.

Summary: Shape and Firm it DOES!
Review: I've used this video exclusively to firm up for summer for about 7 years (and I've had a LOT of different workout videos). I'm not sure how it would help someone lose a lot of weight, but it deffinitely burns the average amounts of fat FAST and firms you up faster than any other video I've used. The different backgrounds and changes in music don't let you get bored.

Summary: 40 lbs and counting
Review: I tried everything to lose weight. For a year I exercised twice a day; and got very little results. When I started alternating this video with some cardio exercise, I dropped 40 lbs in 6 months and I look great! I have tried a lot of videos (the firm, tammie webb, etc.) nothing works my body into shape like this one.
