Summary: very weak, lacks substance, other videos are better
Review: I don't care for this video at all. Rocki talks too mcuh and she is constantly kegel exercises, which is not much of a workout. Some of the moves are ok, but it's a rather boring routine. Leisa Hart's FITMAMA is so much better and well worth it, this tape of Rocki's is not a tape I recommend.

Summary: disappointing
Review: I don't care for this video. Most of the time is spent either listening to Rocki talk or doing kegel exercises, which I can do in the car. There are a few good poses, but it's not enough. I switched back to the yoga tape I was doing before I got pregnant, and I've found my back and hip pains have gone away.

Summary: Best prenatal yoga I've done!
Review: I don't know what tape the previous reviewer was watching, but it wasn't this one. Rocki gives lots of different suggestions for different trimesters. I know - I've been doing this for 5 months now. If your knees bother you, she offers ways to help so they don't hurt and most importantly, the models DON'T LAY ON THEIR BACKS. They're on their sides!

Enough of the rebuttal. I love this tape. At first it wasn't difficult for me, but as I've gotten bigger and bulkier there are days when it's a challenge for me. I ALWAYS feel great when I'm done with the tape, though. Rocki clearly knows what she's doing and her poses and stretches make my body feel great. Even my husband notices a difference in me when I've worked out to it and when I haven't! I love the meditation and especially the imagery she talks about. It's relaxing but not too new age spacey for me.

I highly recommend this tape to anyone who's expecting.

Summary: Great video for baby and me!
Review: I feel so calm and relaxed after using this video. I feel this is great for all three trimesters so you can use it your entire pregnancy. It is easy to follow and Rocki gives you opitions for poses if you are having a strong day or a weak day. I recommend anyone wanting to do yoga to get this video. They do use some props so scan the tape before your first viewing to see what you need. I am very happy with this and plan to use it my entire pregnancy and next! I love this video.

Summary: Energizing, not tiring
Review: I feel that the tape does the best job of giving me more energy in my day. The first couple months of my pregnancy I was so tired and found that this routine energized me rather than making me more tired. I've tried all the tapes I feel this one is the best for replenishing my soul. It sounds weird but I feel like I'm actually making connection with my unborn child and that really makes my day and gives me a boost. Thanks Rocki!

Summary: Disappointing
Review: I found this video disappointing. If you have bad knees, it is probably not a good idea to use this video because it involves sitting on your bent knees for long periods (painful!). The visual quality of the tape is amateurish (think home-video camera from the '80s) and Rocki is just not very likable (think zero charisma). My recommendation? Save your money.

Summary: This Rocki Video ROCKS!!!
Review: I found this video to be extremely helpful with my friends recent pregancy. I assisted in her birth and she repeatedly said how the positions and techniques she learned on this video helped her tremendously in the natural child-birth experience. We both found the format user friendly and felt the nurturing and preparation was fabulous. I highly recommend this video to anyone and everyone who has the slightest interest in Yoga and participating in child birth. This Rocki video Rocks

Summary: Rocki's Prenatal Yoga
Review: I had attended prenatal classes with Rocki and was so excited to find out I could continue with her on video. She is so experienced and gives an earthy feel to her moves and stretches as well as the wonderful meditation with the baby at the end. Every woman should get to experience Rocki on video if they can't in person!

Summary: Great for ALL levels and stages
Review: I had just started taking yoga classes when I found out I was pregnant. After a month or two, I found that "normal" yoga classes were not comfortable anymore, and I could not find a good prenatal yoga class. I tried this tape & love it. Rocki's routine is just challenging enough for me, but she gives suggestions on almost every pose on how to make it more or less challenging. It truly is a routine for every level. And for every stage--I am now in my sixth month, but the girls in the video are about ready to pop! She does a lot of Kegels, and a little bit of calisthenics, and every exercise & pose is great for easing symptoms of pregnancy or for getting ready for labor. It has SO helped with my lower back pain. I really appreciate the short meditations that she does at the start & end of her routine also.

Summary: cheesy and too easy
Review: I hadn't tried yoga before I got pregnant so I thought that I'd try a yoga pregnancy video, just to see what it was all about. I was very dissapointed. Most of the video seems to be of Rocki using an overly-soothing voice talking of how to bond with your baby. Too many cheesy phrases of nourishing your baby... During this, the excersised are very easy, I'm in fair condition, and wanted to get a video that would help keep the extra weight gain off (I gained a few too many lbs. during my first pregnancy). I don't think I made it through one session without yawning. I was hoping for some good excersises after looking at so many good reviews. There are some fair leg excercises at the end which is the only part I can stand to play. I'll probably try to sell it on ebay instead. Very dissapointed, I plan to try one more yoga pregnancy dvd, hope it's not so easy and cheesy.
