Summary: This is the only sculpting DVD you need...
Review: There is a bunch of CRAP out in the market claiming results, etc. and I was skeptical to purchase this DVD. So, I relied on the reviews of amazon to convince me and YES I AM CONVINCED. If you use this DVD 2-3 times a week, rotating with a cardio workout YOU WILL SEE RESULTS. I use this DVD and go back and forth from program 1 and 2 at least 4 times a week and have not been disappointed. I use the arms and abs workout after my cardio. If you stick with it you will see results, but you have to stick with it. Tamilee is straight to the point and explains each workout and the muscle groups. I do not use the buns portion of this workout, since I run and alternate using the Taebo workouts, so this group is well addressed. But overall, I was not disappointed and greatly pleased. Her program 2 on abs and arms are a killer, but boy do you see results!!!!

Summary: Great jumpstart for a diet and exercise plan
Review: One of the best exercise videos I've run across. In spite of their brevity the workouts are highly effective, without annoying chatter or overly loud music. It helped me break through a weight-loss plateau and I saw results (better muscle tone) very quickly. Highly recommended.

Summary: I love this tape!
Review: A year ago, I couldn't even find my abs and butt was almost hitting the floor. I am 40 years old and couldn't stand the fact I was getting "old". Now I wear midriff tops and short skirts all thanks to Tamilee. If you are a true beginner (like I was) this tape is difficult, but as Tamilee says "stick with it, it only gets easier". I saw results after three weeks. I alternate this tape with a stretching ballet workout four times a week and even after a year I am not tired of either one. Tamilee is not the yak-yak type, but gives good solid instruction. This is not a cardio-burn workout, but good toning and strength.

Summary: Great DVD for Results
Review: I bought dozens of workout tapes and even attended the gym on a regular basis, but as I approached later twenties, gravity wanted to start fight against my butt. I bought this DVD and not only does my butt sit much higher than before, but my arms and shoulders are toned and my abs are a lot tighter. This is a great DVD with two levels -- beginner and intermediate. You can also intensify the workout by using weights (which she encourages you to do when it gets easy). My advice is that if this DVD is a little hard for you as a beginner in the first few days, hang in there and keep trying because 2-3 times a week, in a couple of workouts, you will see results.

Summary: Good DVD to alternate with my other strength training
Review: The warm up and stretching is totally inadequate but if you do some extra, the program is otherwise quite good. I do it once a week. I also lift free weights once a week and do yoga or pilates once a week. In addition, I do 3 days of cardio each week. This DVD is a nice addition to my total program. NOTE: Using my heart rate monitor I determined that I burned about 200 calories doing this workout. Not bad for a strength training program.

Summary: Great Toning Workouts
Review: This DVD has 6 workouts, 2 for Arms, 2 for Abs, 2 for Buns. Each is 15+ each with the brief warmup. I had been doing Kathy Smith's Time Saver Lift Weights to Lose Weight pretty exclusively for toning - 20 minutes upper body, 20 minutes lower body and a 7 Min Ab routine. I needed a change/mix-up to my routine and bought this DVD. The Ab sections are challenging to say the least. The Buns incorporate lunges and squats and your rear is definitely feeling it the next day. The Arm sections are OK - Program 1 seemed a little too easy for me. The only down side the the arm program is that it really only concentrates on the arm muscles - and not so much on your chest or back. If you are a beginner, I'd definitely stick to Program 1 for each segment at first. I alternate Programs and even though I'm a pretty avid exerciser, there are times when I'm ready for the 15 minutes to be over!

Summary: I want Tamilee's Body
Review: I bought this video because of all of the great reviews, and I was not disappointed. I would say I am a beginner/intermediate and I found all of the workouts very challenging! If you buy only one toning video today - this one should be it.

Summary: great workout for those with little time on their hands
Review: This is a fantastic workout DVD. The 15-minute segments are perfect for those of us on the go, who don't have a lot of time to spend on working out. She does a great job of helping you isolate and work your muscles in target areas. And for skeptics, the scientific research section is a good bonus... but you won't be skeptical for long once you start doing these exercises.

If you're doing this for weight loss, be sure to mix it up with some cardio workouts, so you can burn off your fat and reveal the stunning muscles you're building underneath.

One last thing - when I started doing these exercises, I was severely overweight, and out of shape. If I could do it, you can do it. Just be sure to take care of your back, go slowly, and build up to it. It's so worth it!

Summary: Great! But go slowly!
Review: I have just started and I'm very much a beginner! From having read all the reviews I started slowly. The first arms is great and it is simple to make easy to hard (with dumbbells) so that you can work up to the next arms level. The first abs workout I can't get though the whole thing yet because I want to go slowly without over doing it and being in a ton of pain. It is easy to pick though (DVD is wonderful) to keep at your level and stop at the point of muscle fatigue, which is important to do. I rotate Abs one day and Arms the next it's important to only work the same muscle group every other day. Because I read all the reviews I haven't attempted to do the buns yet because I'm too much a beginner still and I'm going to wait until I get a few months into working out and slowly getting my Cardio harder before I try the buns lightly. There is nothing more I hate than being horribly sore for a few days. Besides it's better to work up slowly anyway. REMEMBER if you hurt too much do less, if you feel nothing do more. Keep yourself in the middle and your on your way to getting stronger.

Summary: A solid sculpting workout
Review: I have been using this tape for about 2 weeks and am so pleased. I am a 26 yr old woman who had gained 30 lbs in the last two years, and consider myself to be between beginner and intermediate. With that said, the level 1 workouts on this tape are just my speed. Just as I am about to give up on a certain exercise, Tamilee switches to a new exercise working a different muscle group. She is encouraging without being obnoxious. The music is pretty lame, but I can get past that for a good workout. Keep in mind that this DVD does not offer a cardio workout. This is strictly sculpting.

After 2 weeks, I am seeing some promising results and would highly recommend the DVD.
