Summary: A Terrific Fitness Video
Review: My first foray into fitness dvds was minna's "balanced blend," and i prefer this one *much* more. minna's is good if you're getting started with working out regularly--it's a good workout but not intimidating. however, this tamilee dvd provides a challenging workout, even for those who work out regularly. i've noticed results from the arms workout after 5-6 sessions. the buns workout is difficult--my quads and glutes could barely handle program one! but after 4-5 program one sessions, i've moved on to program two, so i know i'm definitely getting stronger, and quickly. i like the abs programs b/c she goes beyond your standard crunches & crunch derivaties, so it's challenging *and* interesting. like with the other two body areas, i did program one a few times and then was able to move up to program two. i find i can do it with more ease each time. like tamilee says after each workout, doing these 15 minute sessions 2-3 times a week will produce results. the only thing that would make this dvd perfect is the addition of a cardio segment, so you could do a combo workout more easily. but, i highly recommend this dvd.

Summary: Six great workouts for a great price
Review: I first bought this DVD because I liked that I got six workouts for the price of one DVD. As soon as I got it home, I tried session one of the Buns workout. I got through about 7 of the 15 minutes, and I had trouble sitting down for the next two days! But with practice, doing the workouts two or three times a week, it gets easier, you can get through the whole thing, and you'll definitely see the results.

As some other reviewers have said, the second Buns workout is almost easier than the first, and at least not as aerobic, but the Arms and Abs segments do have a more challenging Session Two. The Arms workouts gave me the fastest results, and while I've just started using the Abs sections (and let me tell you, it will be a while before I can get through the entire Session Two!) I can tell by the feeling in my abs the next day that it's doing its job.

The quality of the DVD and the instructor, Tamilee Webb, make it a workout you don't get tired of doing over and over. Tamilee is encouraging without being annoying or perky, the music isn't loud, the set is simple, and since it's only Tamilee doing the workout, students repeating the moves do not distract you.

The most important thing, though, is that these are truly effective workouts, most are simple enough to follow along with the first or second time around, and since each individual workout is only 15 minutes long, you can find time in your day to at least do one or two. This DVD, along with walking a few times a week and eating healthier foods, has helped me lose 16 pounds in the last few months. It's my favorite workout and I know I'll continue using it for a long time.

Summary: Still great after 6 months!
Review: I am a 52 year old woman who started using this DVD last fall. I do the Level 1 buns and Level 2 abs and arms 3 days a week. I also do Shape Magazine's advanced walking CD at least 3 days a week. I have lost 10 pounds in that time and I am in the best shape I have been in for about 12 years (and back then I worked out in a gym 5 days a week!) Tamilee doesn't make it easy, especially when you first get started, but it is SO worthwhile.

Summary: I LOVE THIS WORKOUT
Review: I am a workout DVD junkie. I'm always looking for a new workout DVD to alternate with my favorites. This sometimes is a downfall because I have made a few purchases that I wish I could get my money back. I first saw this DVD in a magazine and after reading the reviews here I decided to give it a try. Thanks to past reviewers for this one, you didn't steer me wrong.
"I Want That Body" is a combination of three previous videos by Tamilee Webb covering abs, buns, and arms. Each area has two 15 minute programs. Every program starts with a quick warm up followed by a workout and short cool down. I love this set up because I can choose to one cover and get a good workout for only 15 minutes or do more than one if I want. The workouts consist of a routine done first in a series of 12 reps then repeated in 8 reps. Time goes by so fast, but don't let the short time fool you. Trust me in 15 minutes you feel the workout...during it, later that day, the next day, and the next. I workout a lot and still found muscles I didn't know I had. Right now I'm rotating program one, but have viewed the second of each just to see how it was. There is lots of room for advancement. Even then if the workout becomes easy Tamilee gives other pointers to make the workout work.
Speaking of Tamilee....she's wonderful!!!! She's so very encouraging and nice to listen to. She is the only one doing the workout too so you don't have some annoying person on the background whooping to you.
The background music is uplifting and keeps you moving. The DVD gives you the option to elimate the music and change the camera angle if you want to see the workout from a different view.
Overall, I highly recommend this DVD. It has become one of my favorites and think it could be yours too. Add it to your collection or start one today. Remember too...its three videos in one. What a bargain!!

Summary: A Great DVD - Perfect if You're Pressed for Time
Review: I was a little hesitant about buying this DVD. Tamilee, after all, is the "Buns of Steel" lady, which connoted a certain amount of cheesiness. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find a total of 6 excellent workouts (2 each for abs, arms, and buns); very nice production values; and NO hokey southern belle yakking away ad nauseum. Tamilee encourages without being overbearing, and educates without being too talkative. (The DVD sound option also lets you do the workout with music only - nice feature.) She has a great, athletic figure, and perfect form, so watching her do standard exercises makes you realize (and feel) that you may have been doing them wrong in the past. She also throws in new exercises that are challenging and effective, without being so difficult as to frustrate. All you need to do these 15-minute workouts is a mat (if you have no carpet), handweights (she uses 5 lbs. but you can use more or less), and a chair. Overall, this was a great surprise and a very useable DVD that I can grow with. I'm extremely happy with this purchase - which is rare considering how much junk there is on the exercise video market!

Summary: THE BEST!
Review: I love this DVD! This is a well planned, intense and quick workout. I bought it over a year ago and I still use it at least 3 times a week. I go to the gym for my cardio but the ab machines there are really no use. Instead of using them, I come home and do this DVD. The ab/arm workout here is one of the best I've ever done. Other reviewers have complained about it being repetitious. Well, OF COURSE! With 18 years of ballet training and umpteen years of aerobics and gym workouts, let me tell you....everything becomes repetition after awhile. But if the results are good, what's the difference. No matter how many times I do this workout, I always feel like I got a great workout. It WORKS. Please buy this DVD, you will not regret it!

Summary: A must have
Review: The workouts are challenging and effective. Yesterday, I did the 1st arms and ab workout. I am so sore today. I love videos that give you something to work up to. Each body section has 2 workouts, with the 2nd being more challenging. I do not see myself outgrowing this DVD. Tammy is a great instructor. She is very easy to follow.

Summary: Excellent!
Review: i have been working out for over 10 years and have tried many different programs. this is an excellent collection of workouts. the 'program one' versions are challenging, but not hard to keep up with even if you're out of shape. the 'program two' versions are awesome, even if you're in great shape. after doing it a few times, your abs, arms, and buns will still get that post-workout soreness that tells you it's working. tammilee is terrific. she does a good job of explaining how and why to do a particular excersize and she has a great motivating attitude without coming off like a bubbly cheerleader. the 6 15-minute sections of the dvd make it easy to work with your own schedule and fitness program. my only negative thoughts are that the warm-up, cool-down, and stretching are insufficient. but for just 15 minutes it's not bad, and if you add a cardio workout you can get in great shape in under 1 hour per workout!

Summary: Best Ab Workout
Review: I found the 2nd Ab program to be the most challenging ab workout I've ever come across. In just 15 mns my abs are exausted and feel great. This video is worth the money just for that ab workout. I also think it's super cool that she brought all of these workouts into the lab and tested how hard they worked the muscles they were targeting. So she only includes exercises that tested high in the lab, so you don't have to worry about wasting your time with less effective exercises. Therefore you can be confident that you are working your muscles very hard for a short amount of time. Why waste time doing a longer workout that includes less effective exercises??? I love this video - and my fiance could see the difference in my abs after a couple weeks (I do the ab workout 2 to 3 times a week.)
