Review: I first saw this movie when I was about six or seven years old. It gave me my first glimpse of the Civil Rights Movement.

Summary: Typical PBS stuff but soft intro to racism
Review: If I wanted to introduce a young child to racism, I wouldn't start off with "Rosewood" "Amistad" or "Beloved" (although my toddler has been with me to two of them). This is a tame afterschool-special-like treatment of racism in the South. Good for showing at school or to young children.
