Rating: Summary: A Darkly Comic Exploration of Contemporary Sexual & Romantic Review: Once a month, Stefan and Chris meet up with their buddies to go to the gym, eat red meat and talk about girls. They run into Victor, Chris's long-lost friend, and invite him to join in the manly ritual. Each man has had his share of women; loving them, using them, and leaving them. It's the testosterone talking.Starring: Lara Flynn Boyle . James Frain . Jennifer Gray . Traci Lind . Stephen Mailer . John Slattery
Rating: Summary: Smart and Sassy Review: The men are smart -- the women are sassy... It's a thinkers movie like "Six Degrees of Separation"... If you liked that -- you'll like this movie... If you like movies that are about something, you won't be let down.
Rating: Summary: Smart, insigntful, and thoroughly enjoyable Review: This film was truly underappreciated, most likely due to Miss Boyle's lackluster performance. The screenplay, though underserved by the cast performances and studio marketing, was tailored, precise, and enlightining on the subject of male-femail relationships and the underlying psychology of this important and complicated area. The directing was also noteworthy, particularly for a first-timer.
